Of course this has not been what everyone was hoping for this play, but most importantly it's really stupid what they are doing: I really don't understand what they are gaining from this move.

and that might be only shareholders as of record date Sept 13th... (we still don't know) All I know is with 500M outstanding, I'm not sticking around to find out. If it's to be divided amongst shareholders of the record date, then the $ will be a bonus.

Needless to say, not the play everyone was hoping for....

I read this on another board. Apparently 350K$+ will be divided by 550M shares, so shareholders will get something like 0.0007 per share.

This is a very strange move, since it will cost them more to dissolute the company than to keep it as a shell on the pinks.

On TDA bid/ask are .003 X .0035. I think someone was trying to buy on the bid and put their order in for .03 accidently, they just probably haven't noticed yet or corrected it yet. TDA won't let you put in a buy that much over the ask to avoid these kinda issues.

They could both sell the shell (so a reverse merger happens, which is good) or use the shell for a spin off or other kind of their business (which is good too).

That's bad...FNGL has been dormant, and they're "evaluating"...which could only mean that they're thinking about selling.

HMMM i'm thinking maybe USEG could spin operation into FNGL so it would be like a reverse merger because FNGL has no operations and changed its symbol a few months ago from FMGL to FNGL.
