There isn't going to be a Larger investment fund using a shell with as much baggage as FORW - plus a larger investment fund isn't going to go public on the OTC.
"Based on this, it seems to me that a larger investment fund is going to take over FORW and change the ticker symbol to represent itself. Then hire GS for an executive role. This is as opposed to GS continuing with FORW on his own."
Why would anyone hire Sharp he is a failed CEO?
IG
A larger investment fund? What large investment fund deals with OTC scams?
George's biggest wins come after he has been totally silent for a long period of time... Something is certainly brewing here!
Been waiting for a real merger for five years lol.
It sounds a bit like a 'last hurrah' move by GS that eventually might be honored for a year or two as part of a deal sweetner to himself or more likely negotiated out with a separate cash/share settlement. If he was hired, he'd most likely become a figure head with a big title and little to no decision making power. I really can't see him working day-to-day on anything else than horse racing. That seems to be his passion. Besides he's already indicated that he plans to retire once his deals are done.
If indeed he's bent on having this position, then we should expect a merger with an established company, ...as opposed to a startup.
JMHO
I'm not sure if we've discussed this before, but probably worth bringing up again. I found this sentence in the FORW S-1:
"George Sharp is currently a consultant to the Company and intends to become a full-time employee upon the closing of this offering at an annual salary of $240,000 and with customary terms for executive employment agreements."
Based on this, it seems to me that a larger investment fund is going to take over FORW and change the ticker symbol to represent itself. Then hire GS for an executive role. This is as opposed to GS continuing with FORW on his own.
What do you think? Thanks
In GS's mind, FORW was always meant to be a passive fund holding promising investments. Had HMBL succeeded, we would have seen FORW acquire warrants of many more companies. As we know HMBL did not go as planned for many reasons, both micro and macro related.
I believe GS is still sticking to his original strategy and will anchor his first serious investment with SRNW. When SRNW takes off, then we should expect additional investments within FORW.
JMHO
What are you smoking?
Hi MrSmith18, I feel the same way given the significant equity FORW has in SRNW.
Do you still feel like FORW is going to be a public ticker for an investment fund of sorts? And the company that is merging with SRNW is already one of their investments? It would make great sense as an "anchor investment" and for FORW to add more investments over time.
FORW is attached to the hip with SRNW. When SRNW is announced, expect FORW to follow suit. Whoever is selling FORW based on GS being the CEO may regret doing so. Best HODL!
JMHO
Of course it does.
Your charts don’t go North!!!!
Or you choose to ignore them….
#fearmonger!
I think they seek lower Highs and lower Lows....they don't realize that most of us here have a life
Love how the goober clown definition of “DD” is posting snarky drivel about GS horses.
Their donkey brains must be very jealous, LOL
Clowns have infested the board.....attacking the members....seems ironic when iHub are trying to attract new members
My chart works! LOL -0.0022 (-18.49%)
Only an idiot would try and use charting on a OTC share selling scheme. It is impossible because your charts can't predict when Park will issue a pumping press release or issue bad news.
You really are a novice investor.
IG
I believe is called hysterical charting.
"Historical charting"
You can't chart a OTC scam.
IG
Yes I am! A two way mirror!
you lookin in a mirror
Maybe. But I sure as hell know who an asshole is!
You wouldn't know a chart if it hit you in the face LMFAO
I hope you are not charting this scam........................
Historical charting
What's that based on the bounce to $0.02 - is it pinkyland wishful thinking or is Sharp going to start pumping on Twitter?
IG
Hope yo see dome action here soon $FORW
None of your posts have any substance - you have been reduced to your feeble attacks on those posting facts to expose the FORW scam.
Which I find amusing.
IG
Odd that you never post any real DD - why don't you explain why it has taken Sharp 5 years and 8 months to accomplish nothing of value.
All the little pumper boys do is attack those posting facts and exposing the Sharp scams - but you never engage in intellectual discourse - or post your research/DD to prove has been posted isn't accurate.
The 2 assets Sharp brought into FORW were both scams - so we know that Sharp isn't very bright as the 3 hijacked shells all have problems - so he can't vet a company with any degree of competency.
I dislike all scammers equally - but myself and a few others know exactly how Sharp operates.
You and the little group of pumpers have lost your ass in this scam.
Pumping this scams quickly proves you are morally and ethically bankrupt - and will post false and misleading information to pump this trash.
IG
Then you and the pumper clowns should start pumping accurate DD as to why a stock is a good buy instead of spewing nonsense and attacking facts without documentation!
seems ironic when iHub are trying to attract new members
Too funny how the Sharp-hating goobers attempt to justify their total lack of a moral compass on a group of mythical “pumpers”.
The reality is that if there was some mysterious cadre of pumpers extolling GS stocks, they would have to be the most inept pumpers who ever existed, judging by the steady downward trend of the stocks.
The goober definition of DD is childish personal attacks on GS and name-calling.
Wow….
How proud their families must be.
The Idiot Pumpers Index has been going strong for over 5 years.
Since the initial pump the price is down 99%.
For all that is Holy - the pumpers should keep buy - load the boat - but just keep buying because I know how this story ends.
IG
I don't read your posts....LMFAO
Ihub allows knuckleheads to pump 247.
What you mean is that you only want the Bluesky smoke blowing pumping nonsense posted 247.
If anyone posts something you don't believe - post your DD to prove what someone posted isn't accurate. But that will never happen.
The SEC has never filed a complaint against any of what you call bashers.
But many pumpers have gotten sideways with the SEC.
IG
They patrol the stockboards and harrass the members...too bad iHub allow it
self-proclaimed "stock reviewers" and "truth tellers" on the site here that decide if stocks are suitable for others, usually they aren't....suitable.... are trying to scare posters away....now they're after other members
It might sound like ... delirium.
It might seem like laziness or a lack of respect. But when people frequently don't follow directions, there's often something else going on. A common reason is trouble with executive function, a group of skills needed to get through tasks.
Basher index starting to heat up again....sad for them but they just don't take instructions well
Appears you just did.
You do know that I don't read your posts , right?
Odd that you never post any real DD to prove that FORW is a real company.
The funniest part is you are pumping a Shell - where Sharp still hasn't generated any revenue.
Keep pumping as a member of the Idiot Index.
IG
I know what the Idiot Index is - those that are the Sharp Cult members and believe anything BS he spews and defends Sharp at all cost as the pumpers are morally and ethically bankrupt.
What has Sharp accomplished with the Bill Schaefer shell GRDO/FORW - Sharp brought in 2 assets and both were scams.
So the Idiot Index is proven 247 by the bottom feeding pumpers.
IG
Keep pulling their strings, and you ok cheer from the sidelines!
I wonder if we will drop below .01 again
I love how the basher bots are so easy to manipulate (and predictable).
As soon as you posted, 3 responses (obvious bots) popped up.
I couldn’t see them because I keep a clean board and a full Iggy bus, but when the little red “3” told me there were 3 new goober posts.
Watch ‘em respond to this one.
I… am…. the… puppet… master.
The goobers will do my bidding, LOL

George A. Sharp
George Sharp is an experienced businessman with a diverse background in information technology and growth companies. After studying at Canada’s University of Waterloo, George joined the Engineering Department of the City of Calgary’s Electric System. There, George engineered a software application to more accurately examine the physical stresses on electrical wood poles. That effort garnered him recognition at the 1983 Stanford University Congress of Electrical Engineers. George was then recruited to join Northern Telecom in Bramalea, Ontario as a software engineering consultant. In the early 1990s, George founded Progressive Microsystem Designs to develop a series of business software applications for the emerging microcomputer market. The centerpiece of PMD was one of the first Human Resources Administration software products designed for microcomputers. Eventually, George relocated PMD to Southern California in order to better service the bulk of its clients. Since 2002, after being a victim himself, George has dedicated himself to eradicating stock market fraud, specifically in the micro-cap genre. He has become a well-known and outspoken activist against penny stock fraud and has appeared on television and as an expert witness in litigation. His work has launched or contributed to investigations by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Industry (FINRA), the United States Department of Justice/FBI and the Alberta Securities Commission, many of which have resulted in criminal and civil charges. A former consultant to OTC Markets Group, George now provides services to publicly traded small companies seeking management advice; routes, including financing, towards progress; and, looking to stay onside of regulations.

BOULDER CITY, Nev., Sept. 23, 2019
BOULDER CITY, Nev., Oct. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE – George Sharp, President of Guard Dog, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRDO) announced today that the company’s securities counsel is continuing to work with Nevada’s office of the Secretary of State to unwind and correct past corporate actions, which if left as is would have made it impossible for the corporation to move forward with its plans. As a result of these past corporate actions, some going back as far as when the corporation was formed, the more recent actions initiated by current management also had to be unwound. Shareholders may notice a series of temporary changes to the number of authorized and outstanding shares, but once the required and proper corporate actions have been completed, these numbers will return to their expected state and the company will resume its application to FINRA for a name change and one for eight reverse split. Management expects all of this to be completed at some time during November.
The company’s Starsona investment remains in the company’s plans and a Definitive Agreement is expected to be executed once the company’s corporate structure and capitalization has been finalized.

Dubbed the LifeAir G1, Sapi said the emergency ventilator was initially designed to be sold for about $1,000 U.S., making it more affordable for poor and remote hospitals and clinics in the developing world.
The business group recently received $150,000 in funding from an American seed money startup accelerator called Y Combinator, which Sapi said has helped finalize the prototype and get the emergency ventilator closer to Health Canada for possible certification.
Sapi said the group is about three to four weeks away from having its prototype tested to World Health Organization (WHO) parameters. He said the finalized design is now with Health Canada for certification.

FORW recently secured exclusive US distribution rights to LifeAir, a patent pending, non-invasive ventilator currently under development by Ligand Innovation Global, a Canadian corporation. A newer iteration of the LifeAir ventilator is currently being engineered for a summer 2020 submission to the US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) and Canada Health in the hopes of obtaining fast track approval. In June the Company filed its application to raise up to $15 million under Regulation A+. More recently FORW received funding commitments of $500,000 of an anticipated total of $1.3 million in financing and will itself fund Ligand Global Innovation’s development of its latest prototype of the LifeAir G1 Portable Ventilator.
