Hi everyone. I'm an investor with NGCG. There supposedly is a merger in progress with a company we 'believe' to be Elite Beverage. The person acting as the merger specialist is Daniel Sobolewski, the same guy connected to FTWS. The research that I've done on him so far does not paint a very good picture of him. Plus, he's from Florida. In the merger and acquisition world, that's poison - tons of crooks and con men are in Florida.

For some reason, Daniel was issued 55 million common shares, which is the same as free trading shares, plus 1 million preferred shares in NGCG. We can't figure out why. If he's just putting the merger together, he would never be issued that many shares, unless he's now the owner of the NGCG shell. Plus, someone dumped tens of millions of shares Friday, brought it all the way down to .01 before it recovered. I personally suspect, but can't prove, it is Sobolewski dumping these shares.

If any of you can fill me in on Daniel Sobolewski, the shareholders at NGCG would really appreciate it! Can he be trusted? Is he a con man? Any SEC violations? Etc. Etc.

"To answer shareholders' concerns, Chapter 11 has been dismissed on July 14th. The only possible solution is to go to Federal Court and re-file a class action suit with shareholders against these toxic financiers who have been paid out and continue to receive endless Shear from their toxic notes. Footnotes BLUU TA is a toxic financier crony the same as FTWS was. The SEC slammed FTWS TA and our hope is the SEC will act accordingly with BLUU TA. Management has an active complaint against EMA on FTWS and may shortly send an invitation for others to join in the class-action suit. The new mini super 8k is being repaired together with forwarding guidance, will be released shortly."

FTWS os is 3.2 billion...Debt was estimated from 0-500k at inception of bk back in January. Lowest os and debt structure by far of the three. Plus, this board is quiet and that is a plus in my book...

Newer sec rule on toxic debt....12 month holding period provided the issuer has not been or is a shell company..if bk had gone through all 3 would of been deemed shells.. might be the idea here as dropping bk after 7 months made no sense.

Not verified but Chris on Twitter said he watched hearing on zoom and FTWS was dismissed. Now, is that FTWS solo or the entire group? If accurate at all.

FTWS was used as the lead case in the hearings so that would indicate confidence in this one. They also had FTWS file for dismissal 7-10 days before the others. Might be the lowest ss and more potentially. Just speculation.
