"To answer shareholders' concerns, Chapter 11 has been dismissed on July 14th. The only possible solution is to go to Federal Court and re-file a class action suit with shareholders against these toxic financiers who have been paid out and continue to receive endless Shear from their toxic notes. Footnotes BLUU TA is a toxic financier crony the same as FTWS was. The SEC slammed FTWS TA and our hope is the SEC will act accordingly with BLUU TA. Management has an active complaint against EMA on FTWS and may shortly send an invitation for others to join in the class-action suit. The new mini super 8k is being repaired together with forwarding guidance, will be released shortly."
