Can't remember. Saw it somewhere. The Form D was for $3,000,000 worth of shares, not 3,000,000 shares. I'm thinking that today o/s is somewhere on the order of at least 210,000,000 shares.
How much did the OS increase to? was it the 3 million shares from th Form D 2012? OTCM got to be updated with at least a little bit of data.lol 2007 way too old.
I saw. Received shareholder letter a couple of days ago.
illegal,FSWA did well last quarter.

Shareholder newsletter arrived in mail yesterday. Profitable 3rd qtr and looks like they booked a significant sale of securities in current quarter.
Hola Chesco! FSWA is a turnaround story. Small community bank that survived the financial crisis, paid back federal bailout money, and returned to profitability. Gotta re-do the math because there was a massive share increase to raise the capital to get rid of TARP obligations and the consent order. Depending on net profit, this could go to .15 within a year.
ANDR? been out long-time. If their patent suit strategy fails, then they are toast.
HI

illegal,.11 today.
PPS and b/a up today. Shareholders letter must be hitting mailboxes. Glad we all know how to find the call reports!
Thanks for the heads up bro! I've got my ears ready for any good news on First Sound!
Joey, 2nd Q call report out.
If they can get to ttm net earnings of .01 to .02 over the next year, that would be excellent and get them on solid footing. When interest rates start to climb, all banks should benefit as they see income from interest/loans rise.
Yes, would also love to see them become more profitable and swallow up a couple of more small banks over the next couple of years.
Sounds good to me ,can't wait to see an upswing!
Got printed shareholders' letter in mail today. I think that is the fastest it has been out in last couple of years. Hope that means that management is excited about things going forward. Plus the Seattle economy is on an upswing: http://www.seattletimes.com/business/economy/five-takeaways-from-the-downtown-seattle-boom-jon-talton/
thanks for posting ,that's encouraging ,wish we had a little more volume !

Annual shareholders meeting set for May 13.
Yes,let's hope it continues!
That's a good sign! ,not that many shares available below 0.08!,pending deal is less than two weeks away!
133K on the bid @ .075 Some one is serious about FSWA.
Yup,that was a great opportunity to average down couple weeks ago, still a great buy below .08 ,thinking about adding a few more shares here ,my average is .085,we should see a spike to 0.1 once this deal is finalized!
It seems to be holding well at these levels. Adding at the bid or in between should work. Got lucky and picked up more in the .04s when someone dumped a few weeks back. Averaged at .051 now.
sure is ,Tempting to add here !
Looking good today!
Email response from the bank rep. Today:
" pending regulatory approval"
deal is to close by end of 1st QTR 2015!
any word on how the special meeting went in regard to the purchase of Eastside? I would imagine that it went thru.
Forth quarter report available at https://www.firstsoundbank.com/investor_pdfs/36957_FSBB_Report_R2.pdf
Been cold and miserable week. Then went to 70 yesterday and will be back down in the 20s overnight tonight. Back to the 50s on Saturday and no freezing temps in the 10-day forecast after that. See-saw ride like NGB the past couple of weeks.
Need to get cracking in the garden. Will get onions in this weekend and prepping the other raised beds.
Meanwhile FSWA looking good. Bid creeping up.
Sounds like a good plan IA. Away from work for a few more days up here in the north. Just a low key wkd for me as well.
Plan to stay warm this weekend. Snow on ground - schools, bizness, govt, others closed or delayed most of the week and going down to 17 degrees tonight. Probably start planning our garden for spring/summer - 15 raised beds.
You're welcome IA... I noticed that, a few nice little taps there.
Happy Friday, any big plans heading into the weekend?
Thanks for posting. Looks like buying at the ask has picked up this week.

SEATTLE, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- First Sound Bank (OTCBB; FSWA) today announced that Gubby Barlow will join its board of directors. He also is a graduate of both the Executive Program in Management and the Advanced Executive Program at the University of California in Los Angeles.
56Chevy - congrats on your analysis of 2 years ago! I waited and am avg'd in at .049. They have been break even on/off over the last 3-4 qtrs. Maybe 2015 will be their turnaround year.
My initial stake was bought last March.
I paid about $.12 per share, but it is small. The plan was to add closer to book value.
looks great now! ,we should see 0.1 plus soon!
I'm averaged at .044 in one acct and .051 in another. I had been watching this for many months and put in first buy at .059. Thought it was too high at .15, but would love to see it get back there. If they could do even .01 EPS we could see 0.12-0.15, IMO.
nice day! ,almost even now my average is 0.085 ,holding almost the same number of shares as you!
go fswa!
Figured it out. Had to be a shareholder of record Jan 13. I was thinking Feb 13. Bought first shares on Jan 16. Not that my 150K shares will make a difference. Just hope the share price keeps going up.
