Good times, China markets. Hope Wang is killing it.
Did FCPG's US-based professionals get paid?
Or are they possibly on US shareholders' side in this stand-off?
Well LTO, I remember that in one of Wang biographies it mentioned that when he was young he was connected politically and I must assume that he must have decided to resolve his financial situation with the American shareholders by going back to his roots. I remember Doug mentioning many months ago that Wang was following the advice of local Chinese advisors and slowly began to feel disgusted with the American business system/SEC regulations and stopped communicating with Doug, Tse and the rest and I imagine he felt confident that he could get away with his criminal actions against the shareholders. His new buddies in Kunming must be telling him to stick with them and nobody can touch him simply because nobody is going to spend good US dollars to initiate legal action on behalf of the shareholders, knowing that the courts in China are not as efficient as a US court when it comes to corporate and shareholders actions against a Chinese located company.
I also have a strange feeling that most of the unit holders of many years ago most have sold all their shares a long time ago probably when the stock went down, or at the latest when it was selling at about 15-20 cents. All of them took their losses and offset them against any big profit they made on Facebook, Google,Apple, etc...LOL....
Why not advise the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection about Wang's fast and loose behavior? It's giving Chinese stocks a bad name. Not that they need much help with that.

Or impunity... but why not put a bug up Wang's @ss and remind him he's short by 75% and ain't going anywhere without FCPG holders?
"Wang can do a lot of things with immunity but I believe that he can never sell this company and can never list it on any Chinese exchange because some Chinese records will show that he only owns 25% of the shares and the other 75% belong to other investors! "
Well LTO, any message to Wang through Internet links at this time would be useless. Let me tell you that recently I sent a message to a former poster--dmg- and he responded to me as he has done in the past and he along with all of us on this board is in the same predicament. However, to answer your question about contacting Wang I am posting here a couple of lines from dmg's email concerning contacting Wang which will serve to affirm the fact that Wang has no intention of changing his mind on the course of action that he has taken. Here are dmg's words--
" I kick myself a hundred times over for not getting out after I sent a package to Wang outlining how I might help him out, how to better structure Fcpg, and get the financing required. Even had the damn thing translated in both Chinese and English. Never heard a word but I know it was delivered as I got a return receipt."
Here is a solid shareholder who has had experience in business and is willing to provide Wang with assistance and Wang receives the message and does absolutely nothing. Wang simply began abandoning all the people that had helped him (Doug Billingsley, Greg Tse, the attorney in California, the board of director man, the Marcum CEO, etc) and decided to on the criminal course of action that he took because he knew that under the Chinese legal system he had the upper hand.
Wang can do a lot of things with immunity but I believe that he can never sell this company and can never list it on any Chinese exchange because some Chinese records will show that he only owns 25% of the shares and the other 75% belong to other investors!
Why not "leave a message" and ask? Or demand?

My feeling is that "criminal minded" Wang and Gong are operating the company strictly under the original Chinese name, and they are using local accountants to prepare their tax statements based on the sales and earnings of the last two years which were never filed in the USA using SEC standards. It has been speculated that Wang invested the funds obtained from the sale of the units in buying a portion of some type of warehouse(probably the one that appears on this link)but we don't know what has happened during the last year. I believe that Marcum auditors might still have the incomplete financials for the last two years and might have refused to return them to Wang because he failed to pay them for their service. That would be interesting to investigate on the part of someone who owns a million shares or more and is willing to pay Marcum a reasonable fee for them to provide any information that could be useful in going after Wang. If any of you can get in cotact with dmg maybe it would be good for him to get some of his former contacts to get in touch with Marcum and get some answers.

I must assume that any reference to the company being listed in the USA has been eliminated from their tax reports, and probably no reference is made that the company is 75% owned by shareholders. My assumption is that Wang is not only a criminal in the eyes of all the shareholders who own FCPG, but he is probably lying to the "IRS type of government agency in China" by omitting any mention of the true ownership of this company.
I wish one of the big shareholders of this stock would hire someone in China to investigate what has really happened to this company in order to determine how successful it is and then notify Wang that if he doesn't do the right thing he will be reported to the Chinese equivalent of the IRS or even to the President of China himself for investigation--maybe he could be accused of giving China a bad reputation by the criminal behavior that he and his wife are pursuing "in plain daylight and with immunity". Sounds good!!
So, what is happening? Is Wang being blocked from listing on the HK, Shanghai or other exchanges?
Hey VHG, you seem to exhibit such destructive behavior for someone who uses such religious nickname. You realize that no matter what you say, all the posters who held shares of FCPG have lost their money--those who believed that Wang was a man of character, those who believed that he would follow the advise of those who wanted the best for this company, and just about everyone who had invested money in this stock. We were all wiped out.
Since you are not a shareholder you just like to rant all over this board to prove that you were right and everyone else was wrong. So you are a happy winner and we are all losers!
My advise to you and to anyone else who blabbers along with you would be to go into the internet and do some research and try to fid out what has really happened to this company in Kunming and dscover if this company is still in operation, how successfull their business is and what the shareholders can do to force Wang to relinquish the 75% majority of this company to the shareholders. Maybe you could even send a message to the President of China and tell him what a crooked man Wang turned out to be by keeping the company all to himself and probably even breaking Chinese international laws that provide remedy to shareholders in the USA.
Do something useful that can result in helping all shareholders by bringing this company back on the exchange.
Fcpgalltheway, I remember when you were yelling and screaming that fcpg was a better deal than fb. Now look at FB!
Yeah, Macutay was beneficiary of the original pump. Had nothing to so with the years later Sandgrain et al offering -- if there really was one -- and nothing to do with the subsequent performance of XYT/FCPG.
If you read the earlier SEC files you will find out that this scam was connected to the Philippines. Do your DD as you should have before you had 'invested' in FCPG.
Small fry, perhaps, but how about the "unit holders" if they were actually real? The professionals? Or professional shills, were they, too?
No one is. Anyone here who 'invested' in FCPG does not have the money or ability to investigate Wang. The chapter is closed. Big money was lost here for all investors. Any money that is left over from their lost here is being used in other highly speculative penny stocks.
Anyone tracking what Wang ant XYT are up to in Kunming?
Pardon my grammar. Yes.
Are you trying to ask "why doesn't" the warrant crowd...?
Right, like fcpgalltheway. So why don't the warrant crowd go after them?
alltheway: "I have lost all my investments in my IRA account and still cannot understand how Wang turned out to be..."
If that's true, you don't have the most basic grasp of sensible investing. Perhaps you should have devoted some of your unbridled posting energy to skimming a good stock market primer.
Much easier to go after the board pumpers in court.
So, go after him.
G&T, Evergreen, Sandgrain et al surely have an interest in being paid.
Wang played SEC's ill-considered bluff and walked off with all the chips.
This company has been DELISTED from trading for one reason only...FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH A REQUEST MADED BY THE SEC.
There are plenty of companies in pennystockland that do not provide any audited financials and yet they are still listed and trade into the subpenny area. This company was delisted simply for having agreed to comply with SEC requests but having failed to do so. If you want to look at a company that is really crooked just look at MRES which has survived for years by providing the SEC with all kind of phoney material.
First China has plenty of money because THE CROOKED Wang has failed FOR MORE THAN ONE TEAR to pay AUDITORS, ATTORNEYS, ADVISORS, MARKETMAKERS, TRANSFER AGENTS AND ANYONE YOU CAN THINK OF. Yes, Wang with his Chinese advisors took the easy way out by keeping what shareholders had invested and leaving at least 100 people and investment companies with worthless shares. I don't know which one of you is holding more than 500,000 but if that is the case you should take intelligent steps to have someone track down Wang in Kunming and find out the way to take this company away from his hands...REMEMBER THAT HE ONLY HOLDS 25% OF FCPG SHARES.
I have lost all my investments in my IRA account and still cannot understand how Wang turned out to be just another crooked Chinese thug who took the American investors for everything that they had invested. Novice, pack, dmg and others do not just take this loss as a 2015 loss in your income taxes...get Wang.
Its funny to imagine 1080 gives solid advise and nothing but Deer in the headlights... Who posted this ridiculous attempt at a slam last year???
Funny
Bar - these are fire sale days. How about showing your support as Moderator and pony up for $1000 worth. Come on. Man up!
Hope Wang had it all on black.
Doesn't matter, Wang took advantage of Red Hackle and others like yourself and made out with cash, BIG TIME.
Go FCPG!
LOL!!
Hey, Wang! "With 43% of names halted, companies in Shanghai Composite and Shenzhen Composite leave $2.5 trillion in market cap frozen, according to FactSet data"
Wang may rue the day he abused his U.S. listing. Good luck with that Chinese listing, chump.
"A quarter of China-listed shares suspended as Beijing intervenes"

Red, I hope you realize that investing in other Chinese penny stocks isn't worth it. Even if you were to go against the strong advice here, and do it your way, the money lost wont make up for doing it your way, in my opinion. But if you believe it is worth it to you, then by all means, do it your way.
Suing a Chinese company in China is a poor option in this case, even if there was an investor with $500K that was willing wager that money. I say "wager" because in China, the Chinese defends their own. Last, IF any money is recovered, the Chinese Attorney fees will eat up the amount rendered in a favorable verdict.
Sure you can sue, but you will just be feeding China more money, again!
Yes, it their system is corrupt as you yourselves experienced that first hand!
I am sure there are still some people on this board that will continue to give China money through other Chinese fraudulent stocks.
That article just says what I've been posting for years here: Suing a Chinese firm isn't an option, and never invest in a company you can't sue. Sorry.
From what we know Wang is fully operational in China through his Chinese named company. He was even hiring additional employees earlier this year. How is Wang alowed to due this? Why isn't the chinese SEC investigating his activity. And yes where are the subpoenas?
Appears so. Roll the subpoenas.
Fcpgalltheway was the BIGGEST SHILL of them all!
Hands down!
And which one(s) was a / were shill(s)?
Which one was a paid representative of the company, and had a fiduciary responsibility to keep us informed?
Brad et al have some 'splaining to do
Fcpgalltheway, now FCPG is revoked, their website is gone as well.
http://firstchinapharma.com
And a day after its website is renewed, its gone.
Fcpgalltheway, FCPG revoked! The stock that you wanted reinstated did not happen because Wang and his team did not care to answer back to the SEC. That should tell you something.
The website was renewed for another year.

Tell me something VHG. What changed from the time Wang wrote FC's name on his white board and said he was working for shareholder value and what we witness today?
Fcpgalltheway has left the scene and will never be heard from again. He has DONE HIS JOB WELL into getting the investing public, like yourself, into being scammed up into buying FCPG shares.
