Either way Wang made $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ off of FCPG investors.
FCPG China owns USA shareholders nothing. This stock will be revoked. I warned yall before, but yall kept averaging down and holding. You can thank fcpgalltheway for all his hard work and ENTHUSIASM into getting yall to BUY!
Hard to believe they would not have required 3,4,5 or 13 filings. Not to mention they would have lost their @sses unless they simultaneously shorted it. Nice crowd, pure Tobin Smith-style pump job.
Either way it is criminal IMO
In the last two to three years has Wang given us any tidbit of information? I don't recall a thing.
Thanks to the excellent work / finds by Novice we know that the company, the Chinese company, is up and running and producing.
So, what gives? The only answer seems to be Wang himself!! Something would incriminate him in the financials. Open a door he doesn't want opened.
I mean Wang.
As for Lev, Wellfleet, etc. - they may have unloaded shares years ago and we don't know it.
Speaking of Lev, Wellfleet, Sandgrain et al, or Wang & Gong?
I have met, and heard of many more, entrepreneurs with brilliant ideas and vision, and zero business sense.
Have often wondered whether it was real.
Has there been no reaction from the unitholders similarly screwed?
Is Wang a total idiot or a sly fox clearly planning a way to screw all of his loyal american shareholders?
As of right this moment I would say he is the fox. What prevents him from filing the financials is a total mystery.
Thank you, finally got some good weather. The bid was for a piece of hospital equipment and their bid was 690,000 yuan. The bid was translated under Kunming Xin Yuan Tang Pharmacuetical. Take care , heading for first cup of coffee, as little ones still sleeping.
Thanks. Enjoy your vacation.
Hey bs750,
Sorry, at the beach this week, but did find a public bid notice mentioning our company as one of three winners, I believe. Will post a link when I get back Monday. The bid was dated May 21st if memory serves. take care all.
Novice-
Seen anything on Wong, Gong, or Kunming Pharma?
Websites are both still active.
He may also need a defense fund.
This is interesting. The Chinese market is to hot for Cramer???
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cramer-remix-why-avoid-chinese-232411924.html
Oh where oh where has my little "WANG" Gong? Oh where oh where can he be?
How about ALLTHEWAY, you were his best pal at one time, where is he?
$7500 is chump change for Brad's defense fund.
Fcpgalltheway, about the $7,500 donation, do you know if that has been pocketed yet?
Thanks in advance.
I did before, but I'll do it again.
Complain to I-Hub directly.
Looks like posts are being deleted again. Can't say anything positive.
fcpgalltheway = Wang by proxy
Some companies in bankruptcy are vastly better bets than this piece of garbage on the other side of the world. FCPG has to be laughing at their American investors.
Red Hackle, are you accumulating FCPG shares for 0.0002?
Fcpgalltheway, don't you think you owe this board an apology for years of convincing investors to buy FCPG shares?
I've seen companies declare bankruptcy, and stay higher than these shares.XYT stays active, at least on line.
As always,totally confused.
Still have my profile picture, keeping the faith.
Come on Wang!!!!!!!!!! and Crystal Palace!!!!!!
Still scanning and watching, will post if I see anything. Take care all.
Go FCPG!!!
Its no wonder no one responds to anything said on this board of late. To compare this penny, GREY SHEET stock to the S&P 500 index is >>>>>
To put this incompetence in perspective, the S&P 500 index hit a record high today. Plus it pays a dividend.
You too, fcpgatw, if, as I suspect, you have been pumping this turd all along.
Figure Doug, Greg and a few others get added to the complaints, so it's in their self-interest to go see Wang, get their stories straight, and cover their asses now.
So those 141,942 shares that traded was Zhen Wang and his family buying up shares sub-penny, or could it have of been Red H? Hum?
141942 shares bought? Perhaps Zhen Wang and family are buying up shares in the gray market.
Me too as a Braves fan. See if this on gets deleted.
As a mets fan... I have no choice but to believe in miracles
Utter rubbish......
First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. Key Developments
SEC Orders Hearing On Registration Suspension Or Revocation Against First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. For Failure To Make Required Periodic Filings
Mar 20 15
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC or the commission) instituted public administrative proceeding to determine whether to revoke or suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months the registration of each class of the securities of First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. for failure to make required periodic filings with the Commission. In this Order, the Division of Enforcement (Division) alleges that the company was delinquent in its required periodic filings with the Commission. In this proceeding, instituted pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(j), a hearing will be scheduled before an Administrative Law Judge. At the hearing, the judge will hear evidence from the Division and the company to determine whether the allegations of the Division contained in the Order, which the Division alleges constitute failures to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 there under, are true. The judge in the proceeding will then determine whether the registrations pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 of each class of the securities of the company should be revoked or suspended for a period not exceeding twelve months. The Commission ordered that the Administrative Law Judge in this proceeding issue an initial decision not later than 120 days from the date of service of the order instituting proceeding.
I guess we have 120 days from March 20 before a judge makes a decision. Maybe some of you should really ask Doug to help shareholders by taking that trip to China and talk to Wang one more time. Some of you who have a paper loss of 100 thousand or more should think seriously of taking this final approach and contribute some money to assist him with the trip to China. If only 3 of you can discuss this issue with Doug, maybe it will cost you only $1500 each to help him pursue this last try to meet with Wang and convince Wang to reverse this destructive course of action. Doug is also in contact with Greg Tse who could also be involved in convincing Wang to reverse the destructive course that he has taken. Novice and dmg, you two should really look seriously into this suggestion and make appropriate contact with Doug. Don't give up until you have seriously talked to Doug.
Fcpgalltheway, you will soon learn the truth, that your hard earned money always will stay with Zhen Wang and friends. Please read my prior post about taking legal action against Chinese companies. Though you may refuse to believe the facts, you will later realize that what I said about legally pursuing these companies is true, that is that in the end, you will not win, the Chinese will. I say this not to mock you or to discourage you but in order for you to come to realization of what is real and not fiction. I am not a legal expert so I may be wrong, but I think I am right as you have seen for yourself from "that other stock" that I thought was a good investment but in the end it wasn't.
As the saying goes,"The wise and experienced one sees the danger and goes around. The foolish and inexperienced one goes through and must face the consequences."
For the future, please stay away form these scams. It's that simple.
Invest in real companies. Only then will you see yourself become successful.
All in my honest and experienced opinion of course.
Red, you may think that FCPG is cheap now, and you are, or have already begun buying more equity, but I do not recommend that course of investment. As you have already seen for yourself, FCPG is, and has not created confidence in the investing public. In fact, no matter what fcpgalltheway or some of the others that have strongly recommended aggressively buying this stock have said that may of sounded good, FCPG is no other than a stock scam.
I also would not advice using your investing money after selling this stock on some of the your other penny stocks that you have posted on, by way of averaging down. The other penny stocks, as you have seen, are trading around for 0.0001 to 0.0002. Those stocks that those other "companies" own, finance themselves by toxic financing. In other words, they make their money by selling shares that investors, such as yourself, buy.
Use your money that you will get back from selling FCPG on real companies, good companies that are consecutively profitable. Only then will see your money grow, and there will be less headaches involved.
Use a stock screener to determine which companies are those that are consecutively profitable, and have grown in size over the course of quarters. Once you use this strategy, you will be successful. Never rely on posters to make your decision to buy. Use the fundamentals of the company, and buy those good companies on the dips, when they are trending up.
Remember, your trend is your friend, but more importantly are the fundamentals of the company. When the fundamentals are excellent, then "the trend is your friend" will apply.
Last, stay away from junky stocks, because they really are JUNK!
Good luck.
Thanks, I had never heard of that company.

Well at least Wang got what he deserved,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_National_Glory#/media/File:The_Order_of_National_Glory_Awarded_to_Chiang_Kai-Shek.jpg
or at least something very close to this from the Chinese government. WoW!
In my honest opinion.
Hey Red, good luck on your other Chinese penny stocks.
Back in 2012, Wang place his worn out Chinese sandals under an investor's pillow while he slipped on his new pair of House of Testoni Shoes from some of the money he made off that investor. LOL!!
IMHO
The cash didn't go anywhere. It is still safely parked in one of Guo's accounts in China where it has always been. And that is where it will remain. You as a foreigner have no rights to it. China protects its own! Unlike the U. S. ~Quote
I received a check for $272.15 today. ~Quote
Read about Duoyuan Global Water Inc. After years of litigation a settlement was proposed. The cutoff date was April 2011, that is that last date that you could hold shares and receive part of the settlement. The shareholders have been receiving checks which were issued out earlier this year. The Company made some $88 million dollars after selling stock from the IPO. The company had somewhere in the neighborhood of $150 in cash with liabilities in the neighborhood of $50million. Assets amounted to well over $100 million after liabilities. Last, they are HIGHLY PROFITABLE.
After nearly 4 years of fighting, the settlement was made and broken up which amounted to around $4 million. Minus $2M for the lawyers and 10.4 cents per share for the shareholders.
The settlement makes clear why. Because USA has no legal rights within China.
With FCPG, there is little to no cash, little to no assets, just debt/liabilities. By the time a year would have passed the lawyers fees will nullify all settlements for shareholders.
With the new Chinese laws in place now, it is impossible to win a case in China now.
Zhen Wang knew this, and you know the rest of the story.
All IMHO.
