What are you talking about and why are you yelling?
I'm currently DDing it. I just called the company and sent them an email because I am genuinely interested. I picked up just a tad and may add more if I like it.
Are you genuinely interested or just interested in typing at me in caps lock? Do you KNOW it is a shell? if so, how?
TMHO Family Of Companies
The growth strategy of the Company is centered on strategic acquisitions and alliances. To that end, it is compiling an impressive list of partner companies.
The Company intends to select only the finest of companies to add to its corporate menu. The Company targets aggressive companies which can become leaders in the industries which they serve.
The Company has the objective of being a part of the "Green Movement". We strongly believe that environmental concerns should be part of our fabric of life.
Included in its portfolio are two wholly owned subsidiaries: Advanced Organic Products, and Chef Selections.
In addition, the company is presently embarking on an exciting South American gold and precious metals exploration.
Gold Division
Talisman will soon be making its entry into the white-hot gold industry. For the past several months the Company has been evaluating a wide range of opportunities in gold and mineral mining, and currently is finalizing plans for significant activity in that field.
It has formed a mineral production operating division focused on the acquisition, exploration and extraction of gold reserves. This division has established an innovative, high margin, low risk model for gold exploration and production. Under this plan the company will enter into production partnerships or joint ventures with experienced gold mining entities who will oversee on-site production and bear operational responsibility. Costs relative to the development and production will be borne by the operator, which will receive a nominal, designated fee for its supervision. This model is easily expanded to future projects and acquisitions.
Gold is enjoying a 10 year Bull Market which most experts expect to continue indefinately. The Company believes that gold affords a "safe haven" as an investment medium, and intends to aggressively pursue industry growth.

Advanced Organic Products World Wide Inc. a Wyoming corporation was organized to purchase an interest in an agreement with a technology partner that has developed a proprietary process for the conversion of fish offal and fish gurry (residual by-product of commercial fisheries operations) into protein-rich liquid fertilizer, insecticide, and herbicide products., through the organic process known as hydrolysis. This proprietary process produces an all natural (organic) fertilizer which, since its commercial introduction in 2004, has been proven to consistently and considerably increase crop yields, reduce the cost of fertilizer on a per acre basis, decrease the required water usage, and improve soil conditions (miero and macro-nutrients, minerals, peptides and soil amino acid content).
This product is further 100% water soluble, can be applied via overhead, drip or flood irrigation systems, results in no soil leaching, contains no heavy metals, will not damage (or burn) crops if over-applied, and is environmentally friendly (organic) and designated as such by the U.S. EPA and OMRI. Using naturally occurring Bacillus and other enzymes, the protein from the fish offal and gurry is hydrolyzed, producing nutrient and vitamin rich amino acids, peptides and growth hormones. The enzymes are then put into suspended animation at which time small amounts of phosphoric acid is added to stabilize further enzyme breakdown. The product is then run through a centrifuge to separate the remaining oil form the solids and run through a 200 mesh screen to insure that our fertilizer can be delivered through all forms of irrigation systems. One hundred percent (100%) of the phosphorus and naturally occurring nitrogen (fish naturally contain approximately. 2.3% nitrogen) and used by the plants and crop, thereby improving soil conditions with absolutely no leaching or other adverse environmental effects. To keep up with the demand for food, we need record crop production each year.
To accomplish that we need fertilizer, and there is already a shortage in the enormous world fertilizer market ($150,000,000,000), and production which is further impeded by the emphasis on environmentally safe products. Consequently, the Company believes it is positioned and poised for enormous growth with this superior product.

Chef Selections Inc. ("Chef Selections"), a Colorado corporation. The Chef Selections business plan centers on targeted marketing of unique food products. The single largest retail market is the food industry, and the fastest growing segment of the industry is specialty or gourmet food sales. Specialty foods are premium products with an emphasis on high quality ingredients, outstanding taste, and attractive packaging.
For the most part, specialty foods are a cottage industry. They represent a niche in the global food arena that is often ignored or unnoticed by the world's food conglomerates. This lessens the chance for competition by the powerhouses.
In addition to its own distinctive line of proprietary gourmet delights, Chef Selections sells delicious products from small manufacturers looking to establish distribution channels for their high quality, small batch items.
The company travels the back roads to find unique, delicious food wonders created by small regional producers.... superb culinary treasures with character... where every bite is a tasting experience... a perfect treat to share with friends and family.
Chef Selections has tapped into a niche in the largest of markets. The concept is rewarding, and it represents a return to the family table and traditional values. For many it truly represents a "Recipe for Life".

I know how your feel. I would not feel so bad about taking a risk and loosing if I felt better informed.
I am elated that my $1000 investment is now worth $13.00. David Long you are a true POS.
Well if we look at the pps being at .0005 now and I have never seen one below .0001 added with the dilution as shown in the box above (from oct 2010 to april 2011) 42 million shares added to float which only figures out to 4.2K in dollars at the current price which is the lowest it has been in a while.
So using my powers of reason.. If I have a whole lot of shares and I am using the sale of shares to generate money for me to use in whatever way. I cannot really generate a whole lot of money at .0001. However since it is my company and I can in effect change the amount of shares available and thus change the price of said shares.
If I have an abundance of shares I would simply reduce the amount available keeping the relative price the same. In other words a R/S... You will notice I did not say that I read or that I heard I said I smelled... Indicating that it is a factual statement as as everything anyone says on here should be treated as an opinion until you yourself have verified... Consider the R/S a bet if you will. I am betting that the price keeps going down until a R/S and then keeps going down from there.
R/S based on what, exactly??
3/4 of a million shares traded today. Previous days no shares traded.. And of course pps is down further. Makes you wonder WTF is going on here? I smell reverse split comming......
