Thanks for the update fatmojo.
Fbbt ihub family.. so 2 of 4 firms i contacted from wellitbeton seems to only want to talk if there are procedings going on in flight..1 of 4 who asked for more info has yet to get back with me.
I have since reached out to a local firm and actually spoke to a lawyer who seemed interested and took my documents via email for review and requested 48 business hours to look over.
Hopefully I'll have more to share next week.
Sonny i hear you i really do..I wish all of us had the same drive 2 or 3 years ago with the same vigor as have lambasting us today. And yes we talked about fbbt and some watched from the blechers court proceedings and fcc pleedings..i am sorry there are some of us who lack instincts to make a clear path from nothing or fearless in taking risks that could lead nowhere .. so i am doing as you say i am trying to poke the bear...thank you.
Does it really matter when all you jokesters don’t do anything but post on this message board? Get out on the streets and make some moves. I have no doubt settlement checks were cut to make problems go away. But what did those guys do? They got in the bears den and poked and prodded and made some people notice.
:) thanks for chiming in on fibertower corp sandpaints
rfarmer - You are coming off with each post more and more as a grifter and a shuckster on someone's payroll - time to shift over to one of your other identities? AT&T and Fibertower (some hedge fund legends as well perhaps) will have to pay.
Continue to be negative, we applaud your display of your employers' motives, as it proves evidence that Vuletini and others here are ahead of you in the long run.
A helpful suggestion might be that you ask your boss if you can edit out some of your crudeness from your future remarks, just so he doesn't have to appear so humiliated rolling his eyes back and forth from time to time when he gets interviewed on MSNBC money shows.
You don't know the score.
I would be upset too if I sat idly by and did nothing while other people settled up and cashed in. Left a lot of money on the table Vuletini.
jibber jabber jibber jabber farm hand
Vuletini sat on the pot for an entertinity playing with himself. Probably should have joined Levy and Fahy and cashed in for $10,000,000 or more. His strategy is baffling as anyone with 2.4M shares would have been a little more aggressive and timely in their efforts.
Take your time Vuletini. With 2.4M shares we are all depending on you to take us to the promise land. Just like Levy I will take $5 per share and be a very happy camper. Don't get too greedy Vuletini, think about all of us little guys.
Levy & Fahy are two nobody's from this board that got nowhere and got
nothing.
Stop eating chilly get out of the basement and get some fresh air once in
a while.
Levy and Fahy aren’t talking. I hit them with some emails, calls, and texts but have yet to get a response. Who knows maybe they got $10 per share to keep silent. The first to sign up always can cut the sweetest deals. Vuletini really missed the boat on this one. Anyone ever get a response? I think I will follow up with John Annon
$4 to $6 per share? I will take that to walk away. The FCC,ATT, and Fibertower conspired against the people on this one. Same thing with Straightpath. That crook CEO of IDT walked away with a billion after fraud against FCC. All crooks.
Pucillo and Subin are laughing at everyone. Psychopath a holes.
Hey farmer, I heard dough boy isn't happy with all the water spots on is car. You need to do better. How much is that fat boy Pucillo weighting in these days?
Vuletini a real go getter. Dominos gets him his pizza in only 3 days. 2.4M....$10 - $15M bye bye.....
Cool vletini thanks for the update.
After waiting for 5 weeks I got a call yesterday.
Appointment Thursday next week.
Vuletini left so much money on the table. Haven't heard from him in a while.
That's not what the attorney's told me. Where did you get your information?
Thats what Levy and Fahy got in the settlement. Should have filed docs and gone to Ft Worth. 2.4 M shares = $10 -$15M. Now $0.
Awesome sandpaints thank you..i search there and grab a copy.
The documents can be viewed under a search at www.bmcgroup.com under the 'Case' tab. At that point you have to enter 'Fibertower' in the search and then agree to the website terms.
https://www.bmcgroup.com/restructuring/clients.aspx
Other note: Fibertower.com website is no longer working or registered to Fibertower effectively now. However, you can still view many archived copies of their previous webpages by going to the WAYBACK MACHINE organization.
Hey phonezar and rest of fbbt ihub crew!
The attorney i was scheduled to meet with backed out of our 3pm and wants me to send him the original bankruptcy court case summary. I can find the final decree from this year but does anyone have a link to the bankruptcy proceeding info from 2014 i think it was.
I also contacted via web form submission 2 other firms off of wellitbegons list no reply thus far. I plan on placing phone calls today to them just in case this first guy flakes out on me.
Happy friday!
Hey Rfarmer i appreciate the dollar value you think either should be or will be applied to our shares.
Question do you have a gut feeling or professional outlook that the former share holders are inlcuded in the fcc settlement with at&t and fibertower or will we have to claw via either class action or indivudal attorney solicitations.
Thank you
3rd repost from Sandpaints
ELA - I've been away for a few hours doing chores etc., However, you asked a good question that might be answered in some ways.
Imagine you might intend to take some kids to a movie show, but you don't know for sure if the mechanic is going to have your car repaired in time or call back with the news that the car is ruined to the point that it won't be driven in the future. So you don't mention the movie because it might not happen, and if the car is actually ruined then you wouldn't be taking anyone to the movies for a long time due to financial problems.
So the kids are nagging you about the movie but you can't give them the full story of your troubles.
It's not a very good example, but again maybe anything said by AT&T at this point would be a potential commitment they don't want to make for just out and out unnecessary financial obligation reasons.
We all feel a bit bad about how this is going, but we have to wait. Meanwhile, Sonny has given us a picture of how the $207 million is part 1 of the deal - and I am satisfied that his calculations make a certain amount of sense. The $207 million got the machinery turning, but it could get sabotaged.
180 days following the announcement of the settlement agreement is deadline June 26th-28th, I think. There's still work to be done by FiberTower scoundrels, AT&T is helping out with reservations regarding a full disclosure, and Solus is a dark horse mystery but in the race pack somewhere.
2nd repost from sandpaints
prkvw75 - As the judge ordered, notwithstanding a set of laws the BK was closed - and one of those laws calls for a 14 day 'stay' on the sale of property. So today is roughly the 14th day, if they are not meaning business days, and starting tomorrow the stay would be lifted.
Nothing can be reported to the SEC before the transaction is competed, I suppose would be the logic. There could still be a fight break out from several different point on the compass.
Wish it was more open, but this is the new United States.
Repost from Sandpaints.
Atedmac: Yes, that does indicate a reason to think Soxwin is on the right path thinking something happens in a few more days - (by the 24th or is it working days to count 14?) So it seems they might not be allowed to file the paperwork immediately until the time runs out, then they can put the paperwork to the FCC and SEC.
It could also mean the opposition has that time to come back with an appeal or request for an additional stay etc. All this legal language is so contrived to drive people into the offices of lawyers, no doubt.
JL1975 earlier posted item #6 from the court order, that includes other laws too that may have been brought up because those laws were not mentioned in the FiberTower application to close the case. Meaning somebody must have brought these laws up or the judge thought them up:
6. Notwithstanding the possible applicability of Bankruptcy Rules 6004(h), 7062, and 9014 or otherwise, the terms and conditions of this Final Decree shall be immediately effective
and enforceable upon its entry.
Notwithstanding means 'except for', and you have to like or otherwise also inserted in the court item. That probably means 'or anything else' could be brought up.
So they closed the bankruptcy case and now it's moving forward to see if there are more legal battles / or a settlement out of court.
Here's the link back to the court order as provided by Codesilver:

Will do PhoneCzar,
I was actually looking at old sandpaints post and that term cam up. I have it on my electronic index card:), i provided them some background summaries using the fiercewireless article and links to the fcc settlement info and banckruptcy case so they have something touchstones before our meeting..
We shall see how this goes, its just the inital consultation but I'll report back if this firm wants to take a bite or not. Also I'm going to repost some sandpaints stuff so its top of m8nd and not burried.
See how familiar he is with Fraudulent Conveyance.
Thank you Sonny i have a 3pm appt with a lawyer today and if the fbi gets back to me I'll let you know..seriously doubt the ATF cares much but i know you were being sarcastic :).
Let us know when the FBI gives you a ring. If not within 60 Days try the CIA, DEA, and ATF next. Go see an attorney or are you waiting for Mr. 2.4M Vuletini to get back to you? Don’t you question someone who has 2.4M shares but never sought professional advice? You guys were easy pickings for Pucillo and Subin.
You're welcome! Pass it on to anyone else who you think may be effected.
Thanks wellitmaybeton, tip submitted!
??Whose the "we" you and ?
I would think the FBI is already watching. Does anyone think SOLAS just gets lucky each and every time? How does spectrum magically always go from peanuts to billions? Is everyone here familiar with Terrestar and it's case? Shocking many of the same lawyers. Do you think the FBI isn't interested in what ATT spoke to Cohen about in regards to the FCC?
Submit a tip to the FBI it's free and anonymous.
https://www.fbi.gov/tips
We will give you a month to find it.
Thanks for the post Sox,
Sandpaints was definitely one of voices asking where is the Sec filing and without it somethings may or may not happen. I will try and find the post later today and repost it.
Rfarmer not even a year has gone by and tour tune has changed..look at your post from jan 2018..you sounded hopful & happy the baord was talking and never once mentioned 2yrs to late. Care to explain

Glad people are talking this through. Helps with making sense of these documents.
I think at this point we can all agree that the $12M, $15M, and $60M being thrown around is the settlement amount ATT appears to be paying on behalf of Fibertower to the FCC to settle this matter and get the lion's share of the 39 ghz spectrum Fibertower once held.
I also would think that at this point if AT&T is cutting the checks on Fibertower's behalf then AT&T is calling the shots as to how to move forward. I have an easy time seeing Fibertower try to dick us over in the court room and proceedings but I don't see AT&T wanting anyone to get cute. AT&T overpays for what they want for guarantees and assurances. They don't do the right thing and take care of this in the BK court then someone whether it be shareholder or unsecured creditor could get their own remand and stall things up even further putting serious dents in AT&T's plans for what...hundreds of millions of dollars which is nothing to AT&T in relation to their 5G plans.
The Settlement Agreement is confusing but does anyone see the mentions of the various parties affected and involved? They make mention of "Stockholders", "Shareholders", "predecessors-in-interest", Fibertower Corporation, Stockholders of Fibertower Corporation, Solus Advisors etc....
Just my opinion but as a shareholder one has to be ready to pounce if by chance Fibertower tries to pull another fast one in the courts. If that does happen will the courts be so blind this time or was our perception of last time them being blind but in fact the case remained open the whole time and the situation was not as bad as we thought? "
2 years too late folks. You all sat back and counted those birds in the bush as being in your hands. Has Vuletini given you any indication that he can tie his shoes let alone guide you? Sandpaints? He is too busy building his storm bunker for aramgeddon. Thats your problem all looking for someone else to carry the water.
Hey Vuletini any responses from your lawyer you are will to share with the group or private pm. If there something you learned that we can go after i think we just need some guidance and the fromer shareholders who care will band together.
Uhmmm Freedy what settlement do you speak of if i may ask and when was it offered to you?
Count me in, though we need a knowledgeable person on the team as i am similar to you with zero expertise in this realm of life but willing to help fund the effort if risk/reward valuation makes sense. Feel free to pm me.
Too much talk here and no actual effort outside of the board. We made it easy for them to walk off with it all. We all assumed someone else was on it and we're going to rude someone else's coattails. I should have taken a settlement.
Why are some posters so hell bent on squishing any glimmer of hope we might have as former shareholders to capitalize on our investment? I would think that most of us posting here are most likely former shareholders, so why are are a few of you barking so loudly that the end has come and gone? Sour grapes for selling? If you truly believe this is over, then go away and leave us to our dementia.
All we really know at this point is that the FCC granted the transfer of control of Fibertowers licences to AT&T, which in doing so allowed AT&T to purchase Fibertower for 207M. At that point the Fibertower bankruptcy had not been finalized. It did give Fibertower the money to satisfy the Ch 11, but one would assume the final valuation of Fibertower would be AFTER closing the Ch 11 case, but that is my assumption.
My lingering hope all comes back to the notes of Judge Lynn stating:
"Whether or not the Licenses terminated on June 1, 2012,20 any rights that Debtors have in
the Licenses constitute property of Debtors’ bankruptcy estate"
Our hope never laid with the FCC, it's with the fraudulent bankruptcy case.
its over folks, as much as i would love to hold on hope for something, its not gonna happen. we learned a lesson from this shakedown sh*t-show
$4 to $8 left town a while back.
