Big believer in flat tax. It's a shame a citizen when itemizing a tax return has to worry if the IRS is going to come after them because of some ruling.

Time after time it has been proved that you can call the IRS and get a different answer about deductions.
Yet, they can still come after you when you spend money on a tax accountant.

That is just not right that we have to live in fear when flat tax not only will take the pain out of taxes it will stop the majority of loop holes while increasing revenues.
