The Outstanding share structure is thinner then most penny stocks trading today. MMs probably want to load the bottom as much as they can so the top is thinner. with pending catalyst such as going current, new website release date and so much more. I wouldn't be surprised to see FLSR hit 001+ the chart shows heavy Accumulation if you just look at it.
