Does he have a history of successes or failures, past business associates - you know - what is his reputation for putting deals together - that is the first stuff I want to find out. Be Squared, I saw the price action, then read their 10Q and saw the pending Reverse merger. I bought some shares near the low of the day, I will do more research about the company tonight and call the CEO if I can.

What can you tell me about this company?

I think that something is going to happen soon - I tend ot follow opportunities like this - and over time they usually always move up, especially since there was a big insider purchase not long ago. THere is value to a clean shell.
