I agree with you. Irish says there is already an agreement with China yes it is correct there is an agreement between China and the Philippines but I have seen no agreements between the Philippine operators and CNOOC. As I said last year if there is no announcement by now by PXP saying they have signed a rig contract then they can’t drill 2 wells by end of June it is just not physically possible. I don't think they have sent out the survey ship yet and only then will we get an indication of what China will do.
Also for those of you not in the Philippines or a national you can’t understand the impact the Presidential election could have on this situation.

At 4 TCF in-place, and gas at $5 per 1,000 CF, 20 year profit for FECOF's share of Forum = $18 million per year

At 14 TCF in-place, and gas at $5 per 1,000 CF, 20 year profit for FECOF's share of Forum = $60 million per year

Importantly: these numbers are discounted as follows

I live, breath and trade the OTC for more than 20 years, I don't think that there are many peeps out there that have seen and know more about the OTC. I obviously know how all of this works, and yet I refuse to be somebody that posts stuff for the sake of hyping a stock without a reason or intentionally posting stuff that are knowingly wrong or false. I know many appreciate exactly this about me, because they know they get the real stuff at any point no matter if I'm in or not in a stock at any given time. I'm not saying Hawk does the above, I'm just saying there are plenty of peeps out there who do exactly that and I don't like that. If you call it more like a glass empty type of guy then yes that's probably correct, it just fits more to me.

The reason I'm asking you about stuff here from time to time is that you know much more about this industry than I do, I appreciate if you post opinions about certain things because I can then put it into perspective and make up my mind as I do on any other stock that I invest or trade or whatever. I have no real deeper insights into this oil sector stuff and what comes with it. That's why it's important that somebody like you also stays around during all this up and down we have experienced for years now.

You will see me be the first guy to be ultra positive about FECOF if there is a reason, I also already stated that I think this is a very positive developement lately. Let's hope we get our fair share or even close to it from this venture eventually before they dilute it to death which it seems they won't do further for now. That would be great. Potential is huge as we all know.

FWIW I think Traderfan has added tremendous value here and I appreciate that he is not a pumper. He has asked me to confirm DD with sources many times and it add to the legitimacy.

Hawk is new here, but not new to investing, and is an OTC expert. Good to have new expert blood here.

The wells will be drilled and we will have an estimate on Gas/Oil amounts very soon. Exciting times.

Not that impressive the 300% after it lost 95% from it's recent high in august. Let's make a deal, you continue to be a cheerleader and pumper and I continue to always call it real and the way it is, as I do on every other stock. Doing this too long to cheerlead anything without substance.

Plenty of people here including me have been very supportive over the years to this and called positives if there is a reason to. I don't care about new investors because if the fundamentals warrant a higher price it will come and if not it won't come, again I'm not in the pumper business, I will hold a stock if I think it has value and if not I will sell it and I certainly won't state stuff that isn't true or that look good in order to get others to buy my shares. That disgusts me.

It also does zero favors to new investors when the legacy holders are so pessimistic, and so absolutely nothing to support the price action. Irish is the only one I’ve seen have positive outlook over the years.

I think that until the drilling takes place and there are meaningful updates from the Co we will not see much movement in the PPS. I remember from another energy play that there was a steady upward climb of the PPS with updates but the shooting star moment will not occur until the exploration process is complete and the experts have signed off on the findings. In that other energy play the Co released news AH weekly and the PPS would move upward incrementally. I was up 4x times my initial investment and hadn't sold a share. Soon after there was a set back reported and the stock tanked before the open and I gave back all my gain. As you know the OTC takes no prisoners. Just my two cents Traderfan as I am no expert. GLTA JMO.

I am very pleased with the transparency after yesterday. It appears that management has made the shareholders a priority. My thought is that they want a much higher PPS here and as news flows concerning the progress of the drilling the PPS will stabilize. Also if these estimates are accurate FECOF will probably get absorbed into the parent Co. GLTA JMO.

It certainly feels weird to see the stock back down to 016 after hitting mid 02's after the good news. I believe there is a ton of manipulation going on all the time on FECOF, for many months already, who does this insane buying within days and the nothing for months? Who is selling? I have no idea but this has been trading weird for a long time now. And impossible to predict what happens, this could be 007 or 05 tomorrow and both wouldn't surprise me knowing how extreme this trades from time to time.

We need a couple of things PXP announcing it has signed a rig contract by the end of the month and then the Chinese not Interfering in the drilling set up.
Traderfan this feels a bit pump and dump (again) as I don’t understand who is selling this volume.

A loan from parent company PXP to FECOF which is not due until 12/31/23 allows for time to have the exploratory drilling completed - and much more. The previous FECOF leadership would have diluted shareholders immediately, an extremely irresponsible and regulatorily questionable approach.

Although FECOF dilution is mentioned as a possibility, given the way this is written it is clear that FECOF shareholders are finally receiving the respect they deserve.

Any low float stock is held hostage by a large seller so I am not surprised by the pps Traderfan. This is a very rare set up and if the studies from the drilling sites are positive the PPS will move north very quickly. Patience is key. JMO.
