I agree with you. Irish says there is already an agreement with China yes it is correct there is an agreement between China and the Philippines but I have seen no agreements between the Philippine operators and CNOOC. As I said last year if there is no announcement by now by PXP saying they have signed a rig contract then they can’t drill 2 wells by end of June it is just not physically possible. I don't think they have sent out the survey ship yet and only then will we get an indication of what China will do.
Also for those of you not in the Philippines or a national you can’t understand the impact the Presidential election could have on this situation.
