Despite the delays due to the new accounting firm and multiple divisions, the current market cap is sub 6 million. That's like a pe of maybe one??? The markets got this big time wrong and they know it.

One thing I noticed that’s hopefully a good thing. Alchemy started being active on social media last week. Both Facebook and twitter. They hadn’t posted in a long time to posting regular. I thought gotta be a good thing so took a chance and bought another 200 k shares last week. Hopefully I don’t get made to look stupid buying more lol.

Given the length of time, I think it would be in the shareholders interests to have a press release from corporate on the energies efforts to file. An update should have been provided at the initial onset imo.

I’m hoping exchange approval comes out same time as filings. Then watch er move lol. But until anything comes out we’re not in the clear on everything going ahead as planned. We’ve already seen 2 failed acquisitions in GFL and Cim securities. This one should be different as the majority owner in Alchemy is also majority owner in FDCT. But like the old saying goes. Don’t count your chickens until they hatch.

They've responded to me. I did have to request an acknowledgement of an initial email. I suspect the I.r. agent isn't full time? Best I can assess. Either way, the filing will drop and life will go on. Hang in there IMO.
