Volumes over last three months have been insignificant. Looks like investors are in wait and see mode. EXBX is either the worlds best kept secret or their really is nothing happening behind the scenes.

As for high risk/reward… I am in complete agreement with regard to the high risk nature of EXBX. However, with each passing day where the news is deafening silence, the promise of any kind of reward appears to be less and less likely.

Don't think so. Last few months much much bigger buying blocks as sells. Looks like some bigger hands has load current range around $02 in speculation for real deal. Zero selling since weeks. Very small sells. If sudden Newsflow start EXBX can run up thiny. For sure Pink invests high risk but also with life changer potential. Looking forward Q report and Merger Newsflow next. For me my next GOFF $0.5 $1 speculation. High risk high reward. We will see what's up.

Let us surprise. The Q filings after the 15-12 speak otherwise. There can only be one reason for the desired name change after the clean shell was taken over. REVERSE MERGER and new business. Why would the new owner pay Lazar a lot of money to kill the shell? I think EXBX will be epic.

The 10-Q came after the 15-12g. That should take care of the 15-12g. Between June 15th and 20th we should know for sure. It wouldn't make any sense to take over LAZAR's EXBX and then not complete an R/M. I think the next few months will be very exciting. I'm speculating on $0.5 $1 as a result of a possible R/M.

In light of the 15-12G filing, what are you thoughts on whether there will even be a 10Q? Does the 10Q filling after the 15-12G filing negate the 15-12G filing? What about the fact that the last 10Q only gets EXBX current to January 2022? Or is this just a wait and see situation?

Correct that there is no company going into the shell that we know of at this point, since there is nothing filed to that extent.

10Q is due in 2 weeks, assuming they file. From the 15-12G they gave notice of suspending filings, but then after that they filed a report. So seems strange - why bother with the 15-12G but then file the report unless there actually is something happening behind the scenes?

I don't think there is another source of news, just speculation. It is a risk/reward play. Maybe we'll make out and all get new cars and go on vacation or retire early, and maybe nothing will happen.

Lazar has sold EXBX to the current owner who has filed a name change with FINRA. There were formal delays. Everything worth knowing is in the news and filings since 09/2021 until now. I'm excited to see what's new in the Q filings in 2 weeks. Game changer news can come at any time. Of course, investing in a custodian is not without risk. If everything were save, EXBX would trade like GOFF between $0.5 $1 and not at $02. That's the game. High risk and high profits possible. Looking forward what's coming next. Nice decent accumulation $016/$02 last weeks

The R/M process has been going on for a few months.., Is this fact or an assumption? Latest filings imply that they haven’t even found a company with which to do a R/M.

More filings should follow in 2 weeks… Are you referring to the 10Q? Are they in the clear to not file a 10Q based on the form 15-12G filed in March?

At this point all I have to go on are the filings on the OTCMarkets website. Is there an additional source of information I should be reading?

The R/M process has been going on for a few months. There was a delay because Lazar made a mistake in applying for the name change. It's all in the News and Filings 2021/2022. Once there is positive R/M news and a deal is announced, EXBX can quickly trade $0.5 $1 and follow GOFF. Lazar was one of the most successful custodian makers in the OTC market. I believe in a success story around EXBX. My opinion. More filings should follow in 2 weeks.
