These recent trades are inconsequential since they amount to so little money. If this stock trades 1,000,000 shares at these prices, the value is only around $20,000 or less. For a stock with a likely float of over 100 million shares, this was probably an impatient investor deciding to get out or perhaps he is awfully smart in beating the rest of us out the door.

Excellent question. There are now about 600 million shares outstanding with management holding at least 80%. That leaves a possible trading float of at least 100 million shares. The only reasoning I can come up with is that they want a very liquid trading stock by using more shares. That might infer they expect to present some good news and that the stock will become very active.
Another possibility is that the CEO hopes to make a killing somehow in that a small gain in price will represent a huge monetary gain in his account because he has so many shares. Or, maybe they expect to do a reverse split in the future, maybe 1-10. Right now, it's just a guessing game until we get more information...which I hope we do.

The "generous" split is confusing. It cheapened the stock.I wonder about a nefarious reason, perhaps somehow to benefit insiders should there be positive news.What are they up to that they are not sharing with the little guy?

The news will come when it comes. Even if it isn't until mid 2019, it won't matter if they have this sucker up and running. I think we are still in the game and the CEO is alive and kicking...somewhere. If anyone is fretting over this outcome, you either have too much riding on it or you are still getting your feet wet dealing with these types of stocks. No biggie, everyone had to start somewhere. This is really a pot shot, but with investing about $60 million into the start-up, it looks like it has a better than average chance of getting up and running...eventually. Sticking with it.

January....two months.
For a company that has missed two previous start up dates without explaining to their Investors "why" until several months later, I would like to think would be doing flips to get Investors confidence.
But this is the only stock in my portfolio that you NEVER get a response.
And yes, I was in over two years ago under Dr.Salari and the needless injection device. I don't believe that he ever went this long without responding to Investors. And he held a majority position as well.
As for the "blackjack dealer" comparison....It doesn't apply because the dealer is hoping that you lose since he is with "the house".

ETAH I am posting this info again if new comers don't know about it.

In the last PR 09/17/2018, management announced two things.
1. a divy of 2.5 for 1, which is equivalent to 3.5 for 1 FS. this has already happened through SEC
2. New facility construction is to be completed by end of 2018 and start operations. We will see follow up PR in December or January.

New CEO has kept all SEC filings up-to-date and all his promises so far.

maybe you haven't noticed but this is an SEC reporting stock, and that is as much 'respect' as anyone can expect from a pennystock. they can lie to you but they can't lie to the SEC. if you go a few times around the block with some of the IR's in this game, you might find your skeptic meter meandering off the Richter scale.

in any case, this is a gamblers game. do you expect the dealer at blackjack to give you a heads up on the next card? i wouldn't think so. but hey! have at it.

btw, the response you got from WyomingJack is a wll nuanced, fair and balanced rendering of an opinion from a new poster who seems to be at ease with who he is. i gave him his first membermark. you, otoh, should put me on ignore.

I have not tried to contact management or anyone from Eternity. I have owed this stock for about 1 1/2 years. Back about 7 or 8 years ago, it was a different company and then became Eternity (a Canadian Company) with the painless injection system. Then suddenly it becomes Eternity with connections to China and Hong Kong. As far as I can tell, there is only one person running the show. Based on previous experiences with smaller companies that are trying to get off the ground, some had a investor relations person to call and some didn't have anybody to call. As far as this company goes, I think they will give us news when they are ready. As I recall, maybe it was back in August, according to the latest financial report, they had only about $10K cash remaining. Unless they were able to get more money, I don't know how much they can continue to progress. Since the stock split did occur, I think there is reason to believe that something is still going on and that once a firmer company is established, they will provide information in a timely manner. I imagine that after blowing through about $60 million for plant and equipment, they are scrambling to get this thing into a working business. I am guessing of course. I am holding my stock and may buy more. Heck, it sometimes nearly impossible to get answers from businesses you are involved with as a client or user of services, let alone from one that is yet in operation.

look, i don't mean to bust your chops, but there isn't a single stock related board where the holders don't wax poetic on the value of having shares, and, in this case, your use of the word pump is not only disingenuous, it belittles the merits of posting one's opinion. that you are unsatisfied here is certainly your right, and if you want to seek consensus in how or what others have done in regards to keeping abreast, that, too, is your right. but hey! this is all on you. the only opinion that will ever matter in this game is your own. as the song goes, respect yourself!

as for ETAH, some of these plays can take a long time before they work out, but you'd have to go back nearly two full years to find the last time this was as high as it is presently. if you're in the red, as i believe you stated previously, its either because you didn't or weren't able to avail yourself of the long opportunity to average down, or you chose not to sell. for whatever my opinion is worth, not much mind you, knowing when and how to take a loss is one of the hardest, yet most important facets of trading.

a lot of brokers can be lax on this. Sometimes you must contact them as it could be on the TA side. I didnt get mine either but my broker is very bad that way. I so annoy them as I play all kinds of splits, round ups and divvies. They do not all work out but some have very nicely. Overall the plays have been very profitable
