ETAH I am posting this info again if new comers don't know about it.

In the last PR 09/17/2018, management announced two things.
1. a divy of 2.5 for 1, which is equivalent to 3.5 for 1 FS. this has already happened through SEC
2. New facility construction is to be completed by end of 2018 and start operations. We will see follow up PR in December or January.

New CEO has kept all SEC filings up-to-date and all his promises so far.
