Counsel for Eternal Technologies Group Stated Company Does Not Have Sufficient Assets in the United States to Post Bond to Stay Enforcement of Writ of Execution and Asset Seizure

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 5, 2007 -- Counsel for Eternal Technologies Group, Inc. (OTC BB:ETLT.OB - News) has stated to Western Securities Corporation that ETLT does not have sufficient assets in the U.S. to post a supersedeas bond in the amount of the judgment as required to stay the enforcement of the writ of execution and the seizure of ETLT assets. A final judgment of $732,290 was rendered in favor of Western Securities Corporation in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas, Civil Action Number H-O5-02504 on October 31, 2007.

ETLT has recently announced its intention to spin-off its E-SEA subsidiary to its shareholders. The stock of this wholly owned subsidiary, as well as any other assets of ETLT, are subject to seizure until a bond is posted.

The stock may seized to satisfy the judgment and the shares will be held or sold while the appeal proceeds in lieu of ETLT not being able to post a supersedeas bond. Until the judgment is satisfied, ETLT can not open a facility or conduct any operations in the United States. All of its assets will be immediately subject to seizure and any funds will be subject to garnishment until the judgment has been satisfied.

So did mine. But the only email address available is to their IR Heronpublic and they are no longer in business. So naturally an email to them would bounce. ETLT's website doesn't show an email address for just the company.

Screw a PR, I want to see an 8k with all the details and stating everything about the company has not changed and no shares were issued to satisfy the judgment. That will get me to buy more shares and nothing short of that.

Panic, since the release of ETLT from receivership has taken place, would one be correct to surmise that ETLT has paid the judgment in cash and the four items listed have occurred?...

Subject to payment of the judgment and court awarded legal fees, Western's settlement offer will provide:
1. General Release of any future litigation.
2. Agreement to petition the Special Receiver to reduce the fines and
costs for contempt.
3. Agreement for the removal of the "Q" on ETLT's symbol.
4. Agreement to request to the Special Receiver for release of all assets
under his control, including the return to Treasury of the newly
issued shares.

I agree. They are posing ETLT at the parent but filed the consolidated reports as parent plus subsidiaries. Why they chose to file financials for just the parent at the end of the Q with no explanation has me wondering.

Considering the strength of the company as a whole I think it is a moot point what the strength of the parent individually is. Maybe it does have something to do with Western Securities but I don't think it will make any difference. They will have to pay the judgement and that is that. $735K should just be drop in the bucket for them so I don't see what the problem is.

They need to release an 8K to let us know what gives.
