I agree. They are posing ETLT at the parent but filed the consolidated reports as parent plus subsidiaries. Why they chose to file financials for just the parent at the end of the Q with no explanation has me wondering.

Considering the strength of the company as a whole I think it is a moot point what the strength of the parent individually is. Maybe it does have something to do with Western Securities but I don't think it will make any difference. They will have to pay the judgement and that is that. $735K should just be drop in the bucket for them so I don't see what the problem is.

They need to release an 8K to let us know what gives.
