EEYUF: The delisting results from the recently effected amalgamation between Essential and 2544592 Alberta Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Element Technical Services Inc. Pursuant to the Amalgamation, each Essential Shareholder is entitled to receive $0.40 in cash per Essential Share held immediately prior to the Amalgamation.
