TY for the chart Pistol Pete
Yeah they are going to shoot up as soon as they release some info. I am loaded down....might soak up another 100k tomorrow
That article is covering their submission to bankruptcy court back last year....we are past that. They are rebuilding and fast.
I now own 98k shares and will load more when more funds clear up. I think this will be huge runner when news hits!
I'm not worried. Look at all the press attention it's been getting. They are now hiring 22 & been working with DOD!
Are you guys worried about their survival plan? An article said if it passes it would make the stock worthless. Am I misinterpreting the article?
Check it out they opened up a pilot position in support with the navy contract. Second page under the hiring list.
I hear ya! I loaded some yesterday.
That bid at .15 just needs to soak up the .16s and move this boat forward...she wants to grow!!
Ok thanks. Will grab some more on Monday.
Grab them while you can....upward press is forming. EACIQ means business and is fulfilling commitments and generating new ones.
I guess these traders want to give us an opportunity to keep adding. So nice of them lol.
Traders these days think they will turn a fortune overnight....penny stocks take time...this Company has a lot of positive direction from a very negative point in life; it will just take time. Those leaving will come back when news comes out and they will pay a higher premium or own a smaller position.
A lot of people dumping. Seems that they're not looking at the big picture. They just added another position to the hire list today.
Yes!!! That's great news!! Good DD! People don't know what they have. I will be loading my DRY* earnings in here shortly.
Thanks for the info! Can't wait to get some solid news here.
I'm keeping my eyes open for that DOD contract.
I would say soon if they play by quarter but being a pink slip who knows.
I will continue to load up as I free up some more funds. When is the next filing?
So where are we? What is everyone's thoughts?
I have to catch up then!
I have a strong feeling this Company is about to bust the seams and climb. Too much DOD involvement...hence the hiring.
Oh I have been onboard....I just bought 100,000 more...200,000 deep
Welcome aboard!!!

In 1971, Erickson Lumber Company, owned by second-generation logger and entrepreneur Jack Erickson, leased an S-64E Skycrane helicopter from Sikorsky Aircraft and renamed the company Erickson Air-Crane™.
At that time, many small operations around the world were experimenting with helicopter logging with little success due to the high cost of supporting the aerial operation. Mr. Erickson realized the specialized nature of the S-64, and used his years of experience in the logging industry to optimize the heavy-lift helicopter for timber harvesting. His system proved profitable, leading to the purchase of the first S-64 in 1972, followed by the purchase of three more aircraft later that year. Erickson eventually purchased the S-64 Type Certificate from Sikorsky in 1992 and continues to manufacture and maintain the aircraft, since renamed as the Aircrane, from its facility in southern Oregon.
Erickson has innovated aerial service capabilities over the years, broadening the timber harvesting capabilities of the S-64 and expanding into firefighting, infrastructure support, powerline construction, oil and gas exploration, and the transport of people and product.
Erickson has continued to demonstrate agility, reliability, and precision while working on challenging and noteworthy projects:
In 2013, Erickson acquired McMinnville, Oregon-based Evergreen Helicopters and Brazilian oil and gas company Air Amazonia, a subsidiary of HRT.
Now operating as Erickson subsidiaries Erickson Helicopters and Erickson Transport, Evergreen has been a pioneer in aviation since 1960, flying their fleet of helicopters for customers in a diverse range of industries, including construction and heavy lift, disaster relief, forestry, government, law enforcement, military logistics, search and rescue, and other critical tasks. These Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB)-approved helicopters and fixed wing aircraft operate from a global network of bases, performing demanding work in some of the most austere and remote environments in the world, including the heat and elevation of Afghanistan, isolated islands of the Southern Philippines, and the most inaccessible parts of the African continent.
Air Amazonia, formerly the aviation services division of HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A., is an established South American operator. This strategic acquisition further broadens Erickson’s rapidly expanding global footprint. In conjunction with the acquisition of Air Amazonia, Erickson entered into a five-year aerial services contract (including annual renewal options) with HRT to provide rotary-wing aircraft services to support their oil and gas activities in the Solimoes region of Brazil, strengthening Erickson’s position as a key partner for a growing number of customers throughout this important and fast growing region for the oil and gas industry.
These acquisitions helped significantly expand the depth and breadth of services Erickson is able to provide to customers both in the United States and internationally.
Erickson now boasts a fleet of nearly 100 aircraft, and offers services, training, and support in many industries, including firefighting, construction, timber harvesting, crewing, oil and gas exploration, manufacturing, passenger and cargo transport, support of defense operations, MEDEVAC, and more.
INVESTOR OVERVIEW: http://investors.ericksonaviation.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=237068&p=irol-irhome ;
The S-64 Aircrane is manufactured and maintained in Central Point, Oregon by Erickson.
The helicopter was originally manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft as the S-64A Skycrane, and sold to the Army as the CH-54A Tarhe. The CH-54 performed with an outstanding service record in Vietnam, supporting the Army's First Cavalry Division, Airmobile by retrieving over 380 damaged aircraft, saving an estimated $210 million. The S-64 was the first helicopter built as a flying crane, with an aft-facing pilot station that gives the pilot an unobstructed view of the load being carried and full positive control of the aircraft during precision operations.
The rotor system consists of a six-blade, fully articulated main rotor and a four-blade tail rotor. The S-64E is powered by two Pratt & Whitney turbine engines, for which Erickson obtained the Type Certificate in 2013, generating a combined maximum takeoff rating of 9,000 SHP and giving the S-64E model an external load lift capacity of 20,000 pounds (9,072 kg) at sea level. The S-64F features a strengthened airframe, a rotor system with longer chord length, and two Pratt & Whitney engines rated at 9,600 SHP, which gives the S-64F model an external load capacity of 25,000 pounds (11,340 kg) at sea level.
