EAC moving up nicely!
$EAC .51 watch it. Might do what $HMNY $KOOL $DRWI $KONE $BTUUQ did.
TINY FLOAT!
Looks like a new bottom has formed..
What an awesome day yesterday. Unreal how easy it is to make $$$ in some of these runners that just pop up on radars and go KABOOM!

Welcome back!! Let's roll to dollarville! Great news today!
Jumped back in again at $0.73. I believe it will hit $1 by next week
Yeah something better than nothing, look at float size that will let you know how monster of run it will be with volume and news trigger
Just the same stuff that happened on RGSE last week. And just like on EAC, I was on RGSE but didn't finish with it. But I got something though on each
The news of contract signing was triggger, and they were aware of how tiny the float is! It's miniscule!
Not sure those that started buying this morning dreamed it'd get to $0.90. But now that it's here, they have to use the opportunity to cure the $1 rule in my opinion
Yes, but I am uncomfortable with the business. Just would prefer it EAC didn't have the debt problem but they do. Glad I could make money on it though. Good luck
You do realize the float here is a lot smaller than the one you suggested.. Lots of room here with this volume!!
I agree. I stayed just looking at the volume and the reluctance of shorts or sellers to push it. Well loading ADHD now
Better than the 50s you wanted out on! Volume here and wouldn't be surprised to see dollars
I did $0.69. lol. Great Friday
Told ya! Hope you didn't sell!! Heavily shorted float with news and volume! Game on!
That was very quick. A little more guys......
Seems like the MMs are the culprit here with some minor external players. Now the shares are not there and we are seeing green. Having said that, EAC is not investible IMO
Yup volume is shorts worst nightmare..
It definitely has some short targeted momo. So, I'm holding and added 2k more for $0.65 trade
Lol you think insiders are day traders, they are not going to buy and flip right away. If you think insiders are loading then they are also holding, most don't have time to watch the daily movement for quick flips.
I won't bet on that. I still have 3000 to sell at $0.58. Until there's a resolution to the debt issue, it would just be tradable. I figured shorts and MMs had no more shares and so jumped in two days ago. Paid off...but seems like some got this info two or three days before the market
Tiny float, all this needs is volume and this news may have been the trigger!
Some say there's no insider trading but obviously someone got wind of today's PR and started trading on it. Good news for me though but bad for the overall market.
Loving it!! Totally forgot I had some shares here!! Low floater can fly!
Another hit for me for being observant. I saw EAC showing signs of life two days ago and jumped in 14k shares at $0.364. sold 11k for some $1250 profit. Holding 3000. Peace
Very unusual movement on EAC guys. Maybe time to get in. The shares have been battered but there's some good meat left...IMO
A little more time before this knife is caught.

Agree low float with great news!! This will get noticed soon
Nice contract announcement this morning. 11% Short interest...6 mil float!! Trading right at the 52-week low too! On watch for a possible entry! The 'formula here looks right.

Both contracts were awarded in February 2016, but Erickson chose to delay announcement until resolution of protests filed with the Government Accountability Office.
Erickson has performed Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) operations for the U.S. Navy since 2004. The two contracts are valued at approximately $70 million. Erickson will provide ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore logistics support with personnel, aircraft and spares.

In 1971, Erickson Lumber Company, owned by second-generation logger and entrepreneur Jack Erickson, leased an S-64E Skycrane helicopter from Sikorsky Aircraft and renamed the company Erickson Air-Crane™.
At that time, many small operations around the world were experimenting with helicopter logging with little success due to the high cost of supporting the aerial operation. Mr. Erickson realized the specialized nature of the S-64, and used his years of experience in the logging industry to optimize the heavy-lift helicopter for timber harvesting. His system proved profitable, leading to the purchase of the first S-64 in 1972, followed by the purchase of three more aircraft later that year. Erickson eventually purchased the S-64 Type Certificate from Sikorsky in 1992 and continues to manufacture and maintain the aircraft, since renamed as the Aircrane, from its facility in southern Oregon.
Erickson has innovated aerial service capabilities over the years, broadening the timber harvesting capabilities of the S-64 and expanding into firefighting, infrastructure support, powerline construction, oil and gas exploration, and the transport of people and product.
Erickson has continued to demonstrate agility, reliability, and precision while working on challenging and noteworthy projects:
In 2013, Erickson acquired McMinnville, Oregon-based Evergreen Helicopters and Brazilian oil and gas company Air Amazonia, a subsidiary of HRT.
Now operating as Erickson subsidiaries Erickson Helicopters and Erickson Transport, Evergreen has been a pioneer in aviation since 1960, flying their fleet of helicopters for customers in a diverse range of industries, including construction and heavy lift, disaster relief, forestry, government, law enforcement, military logistics, search and rescue, and other critical tasks. These Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB)-approved helicopters and fixed wing aircraft operate from a global network of bases, performing demanding work in some of the most austere and remote environments in the world, including the heat and elevation of Afghanistan, isolated islands of the Southern Philippines, and the most inaccessible parts of the African continent.
Air Amazonia, formerly the aviation services division of HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A., is an established South American operator. This strategic acquisition further broadens Erickson’s rapidly expanding global footprint. In conjunction with the acquisition of Air Amazonia, Erickson entered into a five-year aerial services contract (including annual renewal options) with HRT to provide rotary-wing aircraft services to support their oil and gas activities in the Solimoes region of Brazil, strengthening Erickson’s position as a key partner for a growing number of customers throughout this important and fast growing region for the oil and gas industry.
These acquisitions helped significantly expand the depth and breadth of services Erickson is able to provide to customers both in the United States and internationally.
Erickson now boasts a fleet of nearly 100 aircraft, and offers services, training, and support in many industries, including firefighting, construction, timber harvesting, crewing, oil and gas exploration, manufacturing, passenger and cargo transport, support of defense operations, MEDEVAC, and more.
INVESTOR OVERVIEW: http://investors.ericksonaviation.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=237068&p=irol-irhome ;
The S-64 Aircrane is manufactured and maintained in Central Point, Oregon by Erickson.
The helicopter was originally manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft as the S-64A Skycrane, and sold to the Army as the CH-54A Tarhe. The CH-54 performed with an outstanding service record in Vietnam, supporting the Army's First Cavalry Division, Airmobile by retrieving over 380 damaged aircraft, saving an estimated $210 million. The S-64 was the first helicopter built as a flying crane, with an aft-facing pilot station that gives the pilot an unobstructed view of the load being carried and full positive control of the aircraft during precision operations.
The rotor system consists of a six-blade, fully articulated main rotor and a four-blade tail rotor. The S-64E is powered by two Pratt & Whitney turbine engines, for which Erickson obtained the Type Certificate in 2013, generating a combined maximum takeoff rating of 9,000 SHP and giving the S-64E model an external load lift capacity of 20,000 pounds (9,072 kg) at sea level. The S-64F features a strengthened airframe, a rotor system with longer chord length, and two Pratt & Whitney engines rated at 9,600 SHP, which gives the S-64F model an external load capacity of 25,000 pounds (11,340 kg) at sea level.
