Have some nice DD on the IBOX and great digging by The Rainmaker. This is a bo brainer at these levels.
ecpi makes sense to me. the ask is paper thin - 1 at .04, 1 at .05, 1 at .08, 1 at .12 - ANY volume on ANY news regarding the R/M and this sucker is gone. GONE I say! :) And the O/S is quite low, no? 8.8 mil float?
quite possibly - at least .08 to .10 - I think it's been too good of a year for the shells. people want in on the ground floor and imho this is a very new, ground floor shell. I don't think it's realistically going to trade lower than it is ... no lower than 2s & 3s...that's great - if it hits even 50 cents, that gain is fantastic from here. nobody wants to see this one at 33 cents and "only" make 50% when they know those of us seeing it now got in for 2c. lol :)
(good to see you on another board too uranium - you mod another board I'm on probly cbay)
over $.10 by weeks end IMO!
hot! this stock is up 110% from this morning! wooohoo!
yeah I've been watching a LOT of shells this year and it seems that this one is at that stage where the early birds make ALL the profit, in a month or two we'll have people pickup half the profit, etc. like that. it's usually pretty good when they do this. lol
Wow, what bargain prices! I am going to be the support at .02 as well grabbing all I can!
... could use more but need more fundage to clear now - taking all I can at .02....
This is the quietest big pop I own....should we keep it that way? lol
it dropped on a small sell. we'll be heading back up. cheap shares to be had. ill be adding tomorrow
A few weak hands sold today. Will add more if it goes any lower.
bid up to $.05 now!!!!!! yippeee!! looking to add some myself before this one explodes!!
nice MM movement this am! bid now .045

The company phone number on the 15-12g for ECPI listed under company address is 561-514-0936. That phone number belongs to Michael and Laura Anthony. I believe they didn't just do the filings for ECPI... I believe Michael Anthony is the facilitator of this RM. That's why their phone number is listed under Company Business address.

Filming underway for Blonde & Blonder, A new Insight Studios feature
Pamela Anderson reveals her blonde ambition!
Vancouver, B.C. — Insight Studios is pleased to announce that filming began October 23 for its new feature, Blonde and Blonder, starring former Playboy pinups Pamela Anderson (V.I.P., Baywatch) and Denise Richards (Scary Movie 3). The film, described as Legally Blonde meets Dumb and Dumber, follows the hilarious antics of Dee Twiddle (Anderson) and her equally blond-brained sidekick Dawn St. Dom (Richards) as they outrun a clutch of cops and criminals after being mistaken for killers-for-hire.
Directed by Dean Hamilton (Dream Team, The Road Home), Blonde and Blonder is executive produced by Pamela Anderson, Alexander Tabrizi, Frederico Lapenda, Rigel Entertainment and Insight’s CEO Kirk Shaw. Canadian Global Media, Inc. and Paradigm Pictures, Inc. are also production partners in the project. The film is expected to premiere in spring 2007.
“We fell in love with the script, and then once we signed Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards, we knew we’d struck box office gold,” says Shaw.
The film is a comic romp about two blonde bombshells in the wrong place at the right time. After accidentally witnessing a mob hit, the gals are mistaken for assassins by two mafia men working for The Godfather. Thinking the dim-witted duo are the world’s best killers-for-hire, the mobsters offer them a huge payout to “take out” Mr. Wong, the head of the Chinese mafia. The clueless cuties happily accept the assignment, embarking on a wild adventure that takes them from Niagara Falls to Las Vegas — all while trying to dodge assorted federal agents, mafia and killers.
Blonde and Blonder also stars Emmanuelle Vaugier (Saw II), Meghan Ory (John Tucker Must Die), and comedy duo Kevin and John Farley (Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star).
Incorporated in 1990, Insight Film Studios is Western Canada's fastest growing independent film and television production company. The Vancouver-based studio also ranks as one of the top ten production companies in Canada. In 2006, the company began its foray into the theatrical realm, and is now in the midst of successfully completing five feature films.
Insight Film Studios is Canada's biggest and fastest growing independent television and film production studio and one of the largest producers of film and television movies in North America. Few independent studios can match Insight’s production resume. In 2006, Insight produced and financed five feature films (with eight to ten features set for 2007,) three television series (now airing on primetime US TV) a successful documentary series (in its second season on Global) as well as 25 made for television movies.
An entrepreneurial company in spirit and practice, the company has just entered into new contracts with NBC/Universal, Disney/Viacom and Sony in the US, plus in Canada CHUM, Global and Corus. In dollar terms, Insight achieved just under $120 million in production revenue during 2006 and will surpass $170 million in 2007. Although Insight’s recent growth has been exponential, the company’s success is in fact built upon 16 years of production.
Rigel Entertainment has distributon rights for Blonde and Blonder. When you go to their website under news, they show photos from Cannes Fim Festival with all our people from Blonde and Blonder.

2006 marked a turning point for Rigel Entertainment as the company revealed at MIPCOM market the production of 5 new movies by David Kemper (Farscape) for the SCI FI channel and then at AFM in November, announced Blonde and Blonder starring Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards; and also When a Man Falls in the Forest starring Sharon Stone, Timothy Hutton, and Dylan Baker. Additionally the company has added two features to its lineup with Lifetime including Twelve Hours to Live starring Ione Skye, and Last Chance Café starring Kevin Sorbo and Kate Vernon, which together with Fern Michael’s Trading Places and the soon to be produced Plain Jane are both new literary based film franchises in the same vein as the Mary Higgins Clark films.
Dean Hamilton Bornstein(CEO of ECPI and Canadian Global Media)
With over 20 years in the film and television industry Dean’s experiences have included the creating, financing, marketing, producing and directing of Feature Films, Television Series, Documentaries and Specials.
In 1982, Dean Hamilton came to Los Angeles to finish his education at the University of Southern California’s Business School. Immediately after college, Dean began to pursue a career in film and acting, and was soon put under contract at ABC-TV. Shortly thereafter, he won a role on One Life To Live and had leading roles in many other television shows such as Tour of Duty, 21 Jump Street, Facts of Life, Night Heat, Alfred Hitchcock Presents and feature films Rushweek and Disney's Looking For Miracles.
In 1991, he made the transition into production and served as Producer and Director on various commercials and music videos. Dean next produced and directed the highly successful "SuperModels In The Rainforest" Documentary. He then shared the same duties on the feature film "Savage Land", and was responsible for the development, financing and delivery of the film that was produced in Canada. "Savage Land" was the number one return on investment film of 1994, as reported by Video Store Magazine. The cast included Academy Award nominated actor Graham Greene and Corbin Bernsen.
His next directorial/producing effort was The Road Home, starring Danny Aiello, Mickey Rooney and Kris Kristofferson. It was screened at various film festivals winning many awards. Hamilton created and executive produced the television series "The D.R.E.A.M. Team". He directed the pilot, which starred Martin Sheen and Ian McShane prior to the commitment into syndication. The TV Series starred Roger Moore, Angie Everhart, Traci Bingham and Jeff Kaake.
Recently, Dean completed principal photography on "Blonde and Blonder" starring Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, Emmanuelle Vaugier, Byron Mann, and John and Kevin Farley.
Jim Townsend
During his 15-year career as a film executive and producer, Jim Townsend has supervised the production of film and television projects around the world including Los Angeles, Vancouver, Calgary, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, The French Rivera and various Islands in the Caribbean.
As President of Production at Canadian Global Media, Jim oversees each project's progress during pre-production, production and post-production. This includes analyzing a project's risk in terms of personnel, budget and production schedule. During production he oversees the budgeting and cash flow on the productions, implementing payroll services, accessing insurance needs, arrangements for completion bonds, cast negotiations, union contract negotiations, closing negative pick-up contracts, production travel and location coordination.
Prior to joining Canadian Global Media in 2004, Jim was SVP at Titan Entertainment Group. His responsibilities included overseeing the physical production of all Titan and Canadian global Media projects, including the award winning feature films "Savage Land" and "The Road Home", the Supermodels in the Rainforest Documentary Series, the television series "Dream Team", a documentary series shot in the Caribbean, and most recently as one of the producers on “Blonde and Blonder”
Gerry Anderson(Pamela Andersons Brother)
Gerry has been involved in the film and television industry for over sixteen years and has collaborated with his sister, Pamela Anderson, since coming to Los Angeles. His experiences have included the creating, producing and directing of features films, television series and music videos.
In 1990, Gerry Anderson gave up commercial fishing the dangerous waters of Alaska to help his sister adjust to the fast pace and bright lights of Los Angeles. Within moments of being in the city of angels Gerry found himself a regular role on Baywatch. After the series finished he became a regular on Pam’s new television series, VIP. Commercials and other roles followed as Gerry worked toward his dream, writing film and television projects. Writing his entire life, he found the transition into the entertainment industry to be natural one.
In 2003, he wrote, produced and directed his first full-length feature called NO RULES starring Tom Sizemore, Gary Busey and current world heavyweight champion of the UFC, Randy Couture. His relationships in extreme sports industry has allowed complete access for Gerry to develop realistic and exciting projects in the genre. Currently, Gerry, owner of Pneumatic Pictures with Pamela, is in development on four projects to be announced soon.
His latest project, in which he was a writer and producer, was Blonde and Blonder, starring Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, and the Farley brothers, Kevin and John. The film will make its debut at the Cannes Film Festival in May, 2007. Gerry has currently completed the writing of the sequel, B&B2, slated for filming this summer. After completion of B&B2, his next project, in which he’ll produce and direct, is KILO, slated for production in the fall of 2007. KILO is an explosive, high-octane film that will bring the sport of open-ocean racing and its massive horsepower, to the world.
2008 looks to be a very busy year for Gerry and his partners and good friends Dean Hamilton and Jim Townsend, with many projects ready for production. Gerry clears his mind by Surfing, dirtbike riding, training Muay Thai kick-boxing and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and five-year-old daughter.

XMSC is the company the girl from Florida Atlantic is talking about, it's not ECPI.
ECPI is Enviromental Construction products.

My guess is back in 2001 ECPI switched TA's from Florida Atlantic when they reactivated the shell the first time. Public records didn't get updated because they ended up not doing anything with ECPI shell back in 2001.
Thanks RainMaker... the lady I spoke to sounded like I was interrupting her and was a bit snippy. I asked her if it was ECPI she was talking about two times, and she continued to tell me yes. Either way, not sure how to find out about the T/A. Here is the link to where I found the info:
http://www.stocktransfer.com/index.cfm?action=about.talookup.AgentSearch&cfid=4087113&cftoke...
Clearing up some confusion. Just finished talking to Florida Atlantic. They had another company they were TA for called Enviromental Monitoring, that changed it's name to net-something and then changed it's name to xstream mobile XMSC.pk. That merger went through last year. Different shell different merger.
This has nothing to do with ECPI. Florida Atlantic is no longer TA for ECPI we need to find the new TA.
Just as a side note XMSC trades now for $3.00 per share.
Here's info...
XSTREAM MOBILE SOLUTIONS CORP. announces the Signing of a Letter of Intent to make a major investment in Triex Financial Services, Inc., an Illinois Company.
LAS VEGAS , January 18, 2007
Xstream Mobile Solutions Corp. (Pink Sheets: XMSC.PK), (hereafter “Company”), is pleased to announce that on January 14, 2007, the Company signed a Letter of Intent with Triex Financial Services, Inc., (hereafter “Triex”) a private Illinois company which is in the financial services business. Triex currently has a business plan to apply for Trust Company status in the State of Nevada by the second quarter of 2007. Triex also has a medium term plan to subsequently make application to qualify as a banking operation in the State of Illinois. Triex’s management is committed to this end with a target date of 2007 pending sufficient capital reserves and regulatory approval.
Xstream has agreed to enter into a contract for a major investment in Triex for a price and terms to be agreed upon.
ECPI was an inactive shell from 2001 until July 2007 when it was reactivated. Then on 9/19 ECPI changed officers to Dean Bornstein on 9/19. Then on 9/21 ECPI filed a 15-12g.
ECPI name was never legally changed to xtreme Mobil, probably some attempted merger that didn't go through.
Here's xtreme mobiles website, I just called and they said they didn't merge with anyone.
http://www.xtrememobile.com/xtrememobile/Corporate.asp
Message 99; I was wondering about Extreme Mobile. TIA
What name change are you talking about? Do you mean the change from Ginsite Materials to Enviromental Construction products back in 1999?
Thanks Rainmaker for that information; I was wondering if something like that could happen. Also, what are your thoughts on the name change last year; could there be a problem with the shell?
This board is building a good base of posters. That Nevada corporation was formed the same day Dean Bornstein became President of ECPI.
There are two explanations.
1)Reverse Triangular merger between ECPI, Canadian Global and Empire Film Group.
2)Merger between ECPI and Empire Film Group. Good chance if it goes this way there will be some new big name players working behind the scenes we don't know about yet.
Nice find!

Looks like FRAN wants some cheapies this morning. Won't fill him below .05. Has it boxed at the moment...
Hmmm... spoke to the T/A.. She says the current name of ECPI is Extreme Mobile and it was changed to that name on 1-31-06? She said the current o/s is 19,724,317. The lady seemed a little snippy. Said the name had changed once before in '05. Doesnt make much sense to me. Going to call again on Monday!
how good is this right now?
Good points... Calling will not hurt though...
Michael Anthony never leaks any info, he has a nice form email response. It says any updates will be released via SEC filings or PR's.
Canadian Global Medias website says we don't accept unsolicited scripts. Meaning writers and actors call them all the time trying to pitch stuff. They are probably are good at being hard to reach.
We need to keep an eye on sunbiz.org for name change and merger documents being filed.
Great stuff Rainmaker. Havent heard anything from my emails, will have time to make some more calls tomorrow!
Thanks for all of the updates rainmaker; here's a little more info from a PR a few months back;

once again great job. i'm sure he won't mind if ur up for it.
To me the two big new revelations were that Canadian Global had 4 million in revenue in 2006, Blonde and Blonder revenues will all be in 2007-2008.
Second that Canadian Globals Canadian offices are shared with Canada's largest Indie Film Company Insight Films. Nothing better than having powerful friends in the right places.
Jimmy is doing a great job on the ibox, when he gets back later I'll let him add the new items.

Independent source said Canadian Global Media had revenues of 4 million in 2006.

Gerry clears his mind by Surfing, dirtbike riding, training Muay Thai kick-boxing and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and five-year-old daughter
thanks jimbo looks like we are in a holding pattern here for the time being.
Thanks Jimmy; we certainly appreciate all your work here.
I am out the rest of the day. Have msgs and emails out. Will update as I hear things...
I agree with you 100% that this will head much higher; this pps is a bargain and with so few shares available; I can't blame those who want to get in at the best pps that's possible, but I doubt at this time there will be much selling going on, but once buying begins, those waiting on the sidelines will be chasing it again like yesterday. IMO
this is a great play IMO!! i've been holding all the way up. we could see a ZIPL run here well into the $.20's and beyond IMO.
We all saw how thin this trades yesterday. 5k shares moves this a penny in either direction.
Sorry the pics are down in the ibox. Shold be up any minute now...
Check message #15; Dean Hamilton Bornstein is so well known; better hope that the entertainment, talent, and modeling field hasn't found out yet, and with shares so thin, ECPI could be huge from here; this is just the beginning, IMO.
absolutely. look at the chart - this one is a great r/m play IMO. looks like we see more upward action today!
And for me, 5) buy back in.
