Great points concerning their past record of filings and how they managed to get current at the last moment... I have said a bunch of times that they have done this before and it's good to see someone bringing out some date comparisons and showing that this is a pattern with EGOC over the last couple of years..

Like I have said multiple times they always come through with the filings so I haven't been too concerned about it. They know the regs or at least I hope they do and I figured they would hold off til the last moment and then get current once again.. Why would they do it this way? who knows. Cost savings or shake out weak hands or ?? One thing is they have done a lot of work and spent a lot of time on this EGOC ticker since they bought it and now have completed the RS (reverse split) and the share structure is awesome and conducive to help them achieve their stated goals of up listing to a higher board. time will tell. Just my opinions.

@martymech concerning the filings, here's one thing I noticed, probably nothing but a coincidence but just may be a pattern. We'll see by the end of March.
If you look back to 2022 they filed first and second quarter reports, then failed to file 3rd quarter on time. They waited a long time and then filed the third quarter and the annual report in the same month (March 2023)
Then in 2023 they filed the first and second quarter reports on time, and once again they failed to file the 3rd quarter report.
Now we are approaching the time when the annual report is due. I'm curious to see if they do the same thing as last year and file third quarter and annual together. I have no idea why they would do this maybe it saves them a little bit of money, maybe they are shaking out the weak hands, maybe this time they are really out of business, I dont know it just struck me as curious.

I haven't even considered that outcome of EGOC being dead. If the current EGOC owners don't do anything with this ticker I would bet that someone else would love to take EGOC and run with it .. It is all prepped and ready to go with a great share structure. One way or another EGOC should do fine in time. And time will tell as I like to say. And the fat lady has not sung yet! If the fat lady comes out to sing I would think that EGOC would change hands and be under new control with a new business etc.... JMO

I'll go out on a limb here and state the obvious. Most people (investors) have looked up these procedures and deadlines a long time ago weather it was concerning EGOC or a multitude of other companies on the market that decided to not file on time and drag it out. Furthermore I am reasonably sure, or at least it is my best guess that the powers that be at EGOC are well aware of these deadlines (along with grace periods and reinstatement procedures ) and if history repeats itself they will get er done at the last possible minute.. The real question is why would they wait and procrastinate on these simple filings? Are they looking to .......? I have some working theories but will remain quiet on that topic at this particular juncture as they are simply just theories .. But thanks for posting what most of the investors here already were aware of concerning filing obligations and deadlines along with grace periods etc.. I was wondering when you were going to post that and I was beginning to think that you might have missed the boat on that opportunity.. night night! Just my opinions.

April 29th 2024…..If I’m calculating this correctly I expect to see this on the gray market if there isn’t an update regarding 3rd Quarter 2023 filings on April 29th 2024. In the meantime, I expect the usual false enthusiasms and shenanigans.
