It also operates five wealth management offices and three insurance offices in Texas through Encore Trust, a division of Encore Bank; Linscomb & Williams, Inc. (Linscomb & Williams), a subsidiary of Encore Bank, and Town & Country Insurance Agency, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company. In February 2012, Town & Country Insurance Agency, Inc. acquired Whittington Insurance Agency.
