Just need some damn volume. The company is doing their thing, the chart looks great... just need some volume!!
I do like me some moon cheese!
Agree 100%. 3 solid pr's about sales and royalties within the last 2 weeks. Current revenues from food, with future marijuana and possibly pharmaceutical applications. Just a matter of time. I will hold this for the next 20 years. Have you tried moon cheese? It is really freakin good.
Another nice deal. What’s it going to take to get this stock noticed? I keep adding hoping one day people see the potential here.
Does anyone know how EnWave's contract royalties are to be computed? Is each licensing agreement different? Are royalties based on gross or net sales?
Does anyone know how EnWave's contract royalties are to be computed? Is each licensing agreement different? Are royalties based on gross or net sales?
I also believe this company is a hidden gem. Very little awareness of them right now.
We will have to wait until the royalties start dictating thevbottom line. It will happen.
Is there something I'm missing??? A company that is going to collect royalties processing a ton of marijuana and already has an income stream unrelated to marijuana... Why so cheap???
Hopefully news of them getting off pinksheet will come one day.... this is a undervalued company! Wish i can buy 10% of the company lolol
I like this company, a lot!
Company wants to buy 11,000,000 shares. 10% of the company stock....... thats over 8 million $$ if a company can throw down that much cash with no problem then.......$$$ assuming buys at a price of .80
Not to often we can find a Pinksheet with huge potential!!!
Enwave is buying back shares! They believe they are extremely undervalued! Sign of confidence!

About EnWave
EnWave Corporation, a Canadian advanced technology company, has developed Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) – an innovative, proprietary method for the precise dehydration of organic materials. EnWave has further developed patented methods for uniformly drying and decontaminating cannabis through the use of REV™ technology, shortening the time from harvest to marketable cannabis products.
REV™ technology’s commercial viability has been demonstrated and is growing rapidly across several market verticals in the food, and pharmaceutical sectors, including legal cannabis. EnWave’s strategy is to sign royalty-bearing commercial licenses with innovative, disruptive companies in multiple verticals for the use of REV™ technology. The company has signed over thirty royalty-bearing licenses to date. In addition to these licenses, EnWave established a Limited Liability Corporation, NutraDried Food Company, LLC, to manufacture, market and sell all-natural dairy snack products in the United States, including the Moon Cheese® brand.
EnWave has introduced REV™ as a disruptive dehydration platform in the food and cannabis sectors: faster and cheaper than freeze drying, with better end product quality than air drying or spray drying. EnWave currently offers two distinct commercial REV™ platforms:
nutraREV® which is a drum-based system that dehydrates organic materials quickly and at low-cost, while maintaining high levels of nutrition, taste, texture and colour; and,
quantaREV® which is a tray-based system used for continuous, high-volume low-temperature drying.
EnWave is also active in the pharmaceutical industry through a joint development agreement with GEA Lyophil, a leader in GMP drying machinery.

Citing "increasing evidence that the worst COVID-related headwinds impacting growth are beginning to fade," Raymond James analyst Steve Hansen raised his rating for Enwave Corp. in a research note released Tuesday.
On Aug. 28, the Vancouver-based company reported revenue for the second quarter of $6-million, down 40.5 per cent year-over-year and below the projections of both Mr. Hansen and the Street ($7.5-million and $7.4-million, respectively). He attributed the miss due largely to lower-than-anticipated sales for its subsidiary NutraDried Food Co.
However, Mr. Hansen expects a rebound in NutraDried after it suffered through a period of weak retail results due to the pandemic, noting it recently launched a promotional campaign at Costco "designed to accelerate sell-through, work down elevated inventory, and free up associated capital.
"While the 1-month promotion carries a more significant trade discount versus past promotions, we view it as a good opportunity to bolster brand awareness, reduce aging inventory, improve plant fluidity, and bolster cash," he said.
Mr. Hansen also emphasized Enwave maintains a "robust" balance sheet with $15.6-million in cash and no debt, which he sees providing "significant flexibility to scale as demand recovers."
Moving its stock to "outperform" from "market perform," he kept a target of $1.20 per share.
The average on the Street is $1.45.

EnWave Signs Technology Evaluation and License Option Agreement with Leading European Snack Company
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the “Company”) announced today that it has signed a Technology Evaluation and License Option Agreement (the “TELOA”) with a leading European snack company (the “EnWave Partner”) to evaluate the potential commercial use of the Company’s proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) dehydration technology. During the term of the TELOA, the EnWave Partner will pay a monthly evaluation fee and have the exclusive option to license REV™ technology to produce a variety of premium dehydrated snack products.
If commercially viable products are successfully developed, the EnWave Partner will leverage EnWave’s patented REV™ technology to introduce innovative new products into the European marketplace. The EnWave partner has well established snack distribution and robust market presence in several European countries. EnWave plans to support the joint development and market testing and will aim to sign a royalty-bearing commercial license agreement with the EnWave Partner alongside the purchase of REV™ machinery.
EnWave has developed a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio with patents granted in numerous international markets and has licensed REV™ technology to more than thirty-five companies in over sixteen countries worldwide.
EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave” or, the "Company"), announced today it is collaborating with the University of British Columbia (“UBC”) to investigate a manufacturing method for a new inhaler with the goal of using it to help provide relief for COVID-19 patients (the “Project”). The Project will be primarily funded by a $50,000 NSERC Alliance government research grant.
UBC researchers are searching for a drying method that would allow for the encapsulation of microparticles (used to improve the delivery and absorption of drugs) into an inhalable treatment. EnWave’s patented Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) dehydration technology has shown promise as a viable option for this specific manufacturing process.
UBC researchers involved are Assistant Professor Anubhav Pratap Singh and Professor David Kitts from UBC’s Faculty of Land and Food Systems, and Assistant Professor Mattia Bacca and Postdoctoral Fellow Alberto Baldelli from the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
“This inhalable treatment aims to provide relief to COVID patients while a vaccine is in development. We hope it can be more accessible, reasonably affordable and commercialized much sooner,” said Baldelli.
Currently, there are no preliminary results. However, the research team hopes to generate the first prototypes of encapsulated ACE2 (angiotensin-converting enzyme 2) by the end of the summer. At the same time, project collaborators from the University of Sydney and St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver are going to generate data on the toxicology of ACE2 to lung tissue.
Uniformity and process repeatability has previously been demonstrated through the use of REV™ technology in the pharmaceutical industry. A cGMP REV™ machine design has previously been built and has demonstrated fast-drying cycles for vaccines (approx. 6 hours to 12 hours) with equal or superior retention of biological activity compared to traditional lyophilization techniques. Competing lyophilization technologies generally take 24 hours or longer to stabilize pharmaceutical products.
Researchers at UBC and EnWave are assessing the feasibility of REV™ technology for the manufacture of the inhalable ACE2 encapsulated microparticle. The Project will be segmented into two phases, a lab-scale feasibility assessment and a proof of concept trial.
Recent funding for this research has been approved by the Government of Canada through the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (“NSERC”). The Project is entitled: “Treating the early symptoms of Covid-19 by encapsulating recombinant ACE2”.
“The innovative nature of our proprietary drying technology could support a breakthrough in the commercial feasibility of the COVID-19 treatment that our UBC collaborators have been developing,” stated EnWave’s CEO, Mr. Brent Charleton. “We hope that this project will lead to a viable treatment against COVID-19 and help strengthen the fight against this pandemic.”

EnWave Signs Commercial License and Equipment Purchase Agreement with Orto Al Sole to use REV™ Technology in Italy
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the “Company”) announced today that it has signed a royalty-bearing commercial license agreement (the “License”) with Orto Al Sole Di Gandini Claudio (“Orto Al Sole”) to produce fruit and vegetable snacks using EnWave’s Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) technology for the European market. Concurrently with signing the License, Orto Al Sole purchased a 10kW REV™ machine to initiate commercial production in Italy.
The License grants Orto Al Sole the exclusive rights to produce certain types of fruit and vegetable snack products in the country of Italy, and the products may be sold both domestically and internationally. Orto Al Sole is required to meet certain minimum performance requirements under the License to retain exclusivity, including minimum annual royalties and future equipment purchase obligations. Orto Al Sole will remit quarterly royalties to EnWave based on the revenue generated from the REV™-dried products sold.
This License is the first signed by EnWave with an Italian company and the 39th signed worldwide. This License marks the continued expansion of EnWave’s proprietary dehydration technology globally, with the value proposition for premium fruit and vegetable products already proven in numerous countries. EnWave’s strategy is to secure many long-term license agreements with companies seeking both competitive and cost advantages, and to grow its portfolio of royalty-bearing licenses on a global basis.
About Orto Al Sole
Ortaggi Valtrebbia was founded in Italy in 1990 by Claudio Gandini and his brother. With decades of experience growing high-quality fruits and vegetables, the company has been constantly evolving over time and has established itself as an important producer in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region. Ortaggi Valtrebbia has a crop producing capacity of 2,500 acres, with a focus on the production of green beans, zucchini and “pepper friggitello” for large-scale distribution in the Italian and European fruit and vegetable markets.
In 2019, the Gandini family started a new project and founded Orto Al Sole to start the production of dried fruits and vegetables and have chosen to use “REV™” technology to produce premium snack products that are “Made in Italy”.
Health Canada Approves Cannabis Research License for EnWave’s Canadian Headquarters
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") announced today that the Company has obtained a Research License from Health Canada under the Cannabis Act for its Vancouver-based facilities (the “License”).
With a pilot plant that is now approved for independent research and development for cannabis products, EnWave has the ability to expedite process development and data analytics for terpene and cannabinoid retention along with other critical properties of cannabis. This strategy is designed to further demonstrate the significant value proposition of the Company’s proprietary, vacuum-microwave drying technology. Previous trials conducted at our licensed partners’ facilities yielded very positive results. With a Health Canada License, this valuable in-house research can further facilitate adoption decisions by Canadian and international cannabis producers looking to up-scale their post-harvest drying operations. It also allows EnWave to better advance the research process, working independently and in collaboration with cannabis companies at its on-site facilities. Through its new licensed capabilities, EnWave is intensifying its efforts to support licensed producers looking to improve their drying processes.
EnWave’s proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) drying technology provides cannabis producers with a rapid drying solution that creates high quality cannabis products for both extraction and combustion, while reducing processing bottlenecks at lower operating costs. The REV™ process also significantly reduces the bioburden in the product and reduces crop loss due to microbes and other quality issues. REV™ has already been adopted by several licensed cannabis and hemp producers in Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia and the United States of America.
With EnWave conducting on-site trials with a variety of cannabis strains, the perceived technology risk is anticipated to be materially reduced for prospective licensees and is targeted to stimulate new licenses and REV™ equipment sales into the sector.
Another contract signed!
