The 60.. the 30.. the daily.. it's all bullish lol. It very well could run further but it's all about risk management and better to sell into strength before the bids dry out. Especially on a low-volume play like this one.
60 min's super bullish
I agree. Took some off the table today as well. She should be coming back down soon and with the relatively low volume here, it may happen quickly.
Yeah, it’s really hard to tell with a gem like $ELLXF, but based solely on TA, you’re right
This is the #2 CBD stock to own, and we haven’t had earnings nor any major news announcement — which can occur at any time
I’ve decided to keep a very nice core position, and will add on dips. Ever since the CVS news — carrying CBD products, you know it’s just weeks away before we start hearing other major chain retailer announcements
The CBD sector has finally opened its eyes; we are still very early
Already doubled my investment from December, looking good. Did a little bit of profit-taking because I think we're a bit too overbought now and I don't think there's enough news to back it up. We'll see, though.
Im loving this.. just incremental moves. The real chasing has begun.
A 23,800 buy at 3.44 (above the Ask) went through a couple of minutes after open.
Looks like another new 52wk high day coming.. very strong open
Very nice, same here
My #2 also then i got a couple otc spec plays....
She’s pretty, she’s my #2
She's pretty

Looks like ELLXF CEO correct on Big Box future.
From yesterday's article:
" Where I really think the growth will come will be in the brick and mortar stores”
– Paul Benhaim, Elixinol CEO
“Right now our wholesale lines are spread through a number of different channels. We sell to doctors, naturopaths, physiotherapists, all the way down to yoga mums, vegans and paleo’s, which has spread our risk and given us a strong foundation for growth.”
“However, I really believe that future growth will be in big box stores. We’ve had a number of conservations with those outlets over the last months, which have really intensified since the passing of the farm bill last year.”
“So instead of being under the guise of the DEA, it’s now under the guise of the FDA. Now the FDA is much more amenable and communicative than the DEA was, but they still need to communicate clearly about what we can and cannot sell.”
Benhaim believes that once the FDA clarifies its’ stance, then Elixinol will be able to move forward with some of the new products it has been developing. More importantly, however, it will also give big-box distributors such as Walgreens, CVS, Target the confidence to proceed with future partnership deals.
“We are capable of supplying such large customers because we have a strong supply chain, a new production facility that’s just been commissioned which will more than double our current capacity, and land next to it with advanced plans to grow even more,” he said.
“Our wholesale channel has the potential for even ten times the growth in that space alone, so that really will be a catalyst for Elixinol’s future growth.”

This is what I’ve been waiting for in the CBD Sector; the first major retailer to carry CBD products
I believe we will hear something very soon of another major retailer carrying Charlotte’s Web products
This is BIG
LOAD and HOLD
CVS ANNOUNCES IT WILL CARRY CBD PRODUCTS
The ice has been broken and the first major retailer to carry CBD products will be CVS
It looks like CVS will start out with topical products first
This is great publicity for the CBD Oil space:

CVS Joins Cannabis Wellness Trend by Adding CBD Products
CBD has landed at CVS.
CVS Health Corp. this week will begin selling products infused with the trendy, non-intoxicating hemp component at more than 800 of its stores as part of a partnership with marijuana company Curaleaf Holdings Inc., Curaleaf said Wednesday.
Curaleaf announced the agreement during an earnings conference call on Wednesday. The company’s CBD products will be available in about 800 stores to start, Curaleaf said on the call, and hopes to expand to more.
“We’ve been having dialogue with national retailers for many months now,” Curaleaf Chief Executive Officer Joseph Lusardi said on the call Wednesday. “We’ve got a number of potentially exciting partnerships in the pipeline.”
CVS confirmed that it has started selling CBD creams, sprays and lotions in eight states, including California, Illinois, Colorado and Alabama. The products will be sold in store aisles, and drugstore chain isn’t offering any supplements or food additives containing CBD, a company spokesman said in an email. CVS has almost 10,000 pharmacies worldwide.
The company, which operates more than 40 marijuana dispensaries across 12 states and recently pushed into Nevada and California through acquisitions, has developed a slate of hemp-derived products including lotions, tinctures, vape pens and patches.
CBD, or cannabidiol, which doesn’t get you high, has become a trendy wellness ingredient, gaining popularity as regulations are eased across the U.S. The farm bill passed in December legalized the cannabis compound, opening up a potentially massive market for products made with it.
So far, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved CBD’s use in food or beverages. But tinctures and other products are sold widely.
$ELLXF
That was supposed to be a smiley face not question marks. :))))
Got my 10,000 shares today at 1.75 ??
FYI from the Charlotte's Web board ...
Exciting news from the Golden State!
A Roundtable-supported bill that would clarify that hemp-derived CBD is legal for manufacture, distribution and sale in the state of California passed out of the Assembly Committee on Health yesterday afternoon without a single no vote. AB 228 would expressly permit the retail sale of hemp-derived CBD in foods and supplements, and also in topical applications. As a bonus, we’ve got the committee analysis here for you today. If this bill passes the Assembly and the Senate floors with the current urgency clause included, the law would go into immediate effect following Governor Newsom’s signature.
They're lobbying the Australian government to try and get the licenses they need to go forward with Nunyara, right? The delay is concerning.
Long ELLXF article. Interesting excerpt.
https://thegreenfund.com/elixinol-global-seeing-high-profits-from-diverse-investment
The Burning Issue of ODC Approval
Elixinol Global’s pharmaceutical grade medicinal cannabis company—formerly known as Elixinol Pty Ltd—is the NSW-based Nunyara Pharma.
Nunyara is currently developing a state-of-the-art growing facility in Northern NSW and has been left waiting for cannabis license approvals from the Office of Drug Control (ODC) for more than a year.
Once the licenses have been granted the company will begin using its high-tech greenhouses to produce the raw materials needed to manufacture its pre-existing CBD formulations. This will make Nunyara one of the few Australian companies that is capable of cultivating, manufacturing and distributing high-quality cannabis products to the Australian market.
“We’ve had plans for some time now to create a cultivation and manufacturing facility for high-grade medical cannabis in Australia”
– Paul Benhaim, Elixinol CEO
“Now, high-grade medical cannabis in Australia includes CBD and THC, because the government doesn’t differentiate them yet. I think they might wake up to the reality one day, but for the time being, we’re incorporating both of those under the Nunyara name.”
“We have applied for our licenses with the Office of Drug Control, more than one year ago, when the Office stated that they would give us our licenses within twenty days. But we are very hopeful that our licenses will be granted in the not-too-distant future, and have shown this by buying land that is perfectly suited to the medical cannabis division, and the needs of the Australia market.”
Like Hemp Foods Australia, Nunyara’s commercial focus will also be settled squarely on Australia for the time being.
While Nunyara is not opposed to the future exportation of its’ product line, Benhaim confirmed that its’ current focus is on fine-tuning the ideal method to bring the company’s cannabis products to market, as delays from the ODC are preventing it from commencing cultivation activities.
INDEED, LOOKING GOOD TODAY.Elixinol Global Ltd. (ELLXF)'
Once are politicians find out there’s money and jobs for there state they will stop at nothing to be top dog. Good for us share holders a year from now I believe we will be very happy here GLTA
Yes.. once FDA puts regulations in place.. gates are opened and the even should definitely create massive movement because risk is eliminated. Agreed
That’s not what I mean exactly. I just mean if anything can move this market it can be the FDA, therefore fda is a risk. A market reaction is what I’m referring to, not a market halt.
New 52wk high . Love it !
I think it is too late for FDA to stop any company from making CBD. There is just too many people involved at this point including all senators who passed Farm Bill overwhelmingly.
But FDA will regulate it which should eliminate small players that put low quality product out there. Established companies like Elixinol will do just fine. Imo
I expect a close below 2.67. Seems to be resistance around that level, judging from the price action through February. Not expecting a breakout anymore barring some important news. However, regardless of what happens in the short-term, ELLXF looks like a good one to hold long-term, and having held it since early December (and increasing my position size a few times) I feel optimistic. I think ELLXF and CWBHF will be two of the largest players in this space going into the future.
There's only a total of 900 shares on the ASK from .72 to .94 UGH - It would take a while to scale at this pace - I missed a big bid on the Ask this morning
Good job look at the booooomage
i can't nor do i want to give other people advice, but i'd atleast break up the 10,000 shares into halfs or thirds, use paper gains and losses to scale in over time
You should have bought last week....
I keep looking for an entry to buy at least 10,000 plus shares but its so thin on the Ask and not any selling on the Bid
It can breakout from ~2.7. Just needs to hold at this level. Wasn't able to do so late February, but the sector seems very healthy right now, so this looks like it could be legitimate.
hot stock, hot sector, new highs.. i personally think everything is perfectly aligned for many of these cbd stocks, especially ones that are doing new highs. but thats just me. the main and only risk can come out from the FDA.
Looking very good. New all-time high above 2.70... not sure if it will hold.
