It is funny to look at his channel-stuffing ways. This front loading of the revenues gave him a percieved boost in revenue numbers then the rest of the months look like crap. When returns happen, poof go the numbers. This is classic. Certain larger customers pay in advance for future shipments. These advance payments totaled $237,650 and $217,588 at June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively, and are recorded as customer deposits in the accompanying balance sheets. Revenue related to these advance payments is recognized upon shipment to the distributor or the end-customer.

There is no volume so there can't be any more dilution. When he and the funder collude again, the pump will begin again and this stock will be flushed further. If you read the financials, this pig is hemorrhaging money and cannot continue based on its business model.

EMED- Still Pink current, still excellent share structure, Outstanding share reduced by 3M. Not saying there hasn't been, but currently I have not seen any dilution. Have not seen the company pumping and selling millions of shares on a daily basis, like some other Pink sheet companies I have seen doing lately. Still like our chances of a solid move North here, JMO

$EMED- Looks like the Outstanding share count is decreasing instead of increasing. Went from 373M to 370M with an increase in restricted shares from 94.6M to 99.8M. Doesn't look like dilution the past few weeks, JMO.

Thanks. I see, at least for now, a fundamentally sound share structure, not so fundamentally sound debt, but this is the stinky pinkys, majority of these companies are mired in convertible debt. Look at NHMDee selling 200M+ shares per day and not budging. I like the chances of a move North here eventually. JMO
