They are not rolling the dice, they know exactly what they are doing. They know they are simply sucking out cash in what is the equivalent of an un-registered, and what should be illegal, stock offering to get operating cash when they have no revenues. With the note holder converting and shoveling cash back to Matthew's company they effectively sell shares for him that he otherwise would have to sell under rule 144. Too bad this is a pervasive method for poo-bags like Matthew to circumvent the rules, but then again he has a history of this. There is no coming back for this stock and next he will reverse the stock and we will watch it colapse again. Hasta la vista EMED!
