About Ecuity, Inc. (ECUI):
Ecuity, Inc. operates as a facilities-based telecommunication carrier serving primarily the small office and home office market, as well as fiber to the premises (FTTP) and broadband residential markets in the United States. The company provides legacy telecommunication services and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services. The legacy telecommunications services include long distance services, Internet dial-up services, Web-hosting, and digital subscriber line broadband Internet services. The VOIP services over FTTP include fiber to residences and businesses, business VoIP services, VoIP over WiFi, 'SmartCall' services for VoIP using a soft-client down-loaded to the computer of a user or other computing device, and conference calling. WARNING! Light Moderator DD as of 5/22/12:
The previous iBox claimed ECUI was "Fox Communications" (foxinternet.com), but a simple phone call to Fox revealed they were in no way affiliated with ECUI and never have been. The transfer agent listed up until 5/22/12 was contacted only to find out they hadn't been the transfer agent since 10/24/08. At that time, ECUI had the following physical address and phone number:

Other addresses online claim 800 Bellevue Way NE, #600 in Bellevue, WA. Just as a fair and decent warning to all people who consider investing in ECUI in the future -- do plenty of research, because from what I can tell as of 5/22/12 is that ECUI is an empty shell company with absolutely no current information. This stock moves up and down every couple months, but not based on any actual news or business activity.
