Generex Biotechnology Investing DD 2020
1) The CEO Joe Moscato is a marketing guy and he knows how to get everyone to see the big picture and to take long term views. Even if it means taking less pay now for rewards later. Including himself. No big fat salary for Joe now. In fact he has pretty much deferred any salary. What CEO does that?
2) GNBT filed an S-1 registration with the SEC with the future plans all noted. When the S-1 gets approved they have financing approved for a minimum of $40M to be used if needed. Think of it as a line of credit. The S-1 could be approved ANY day.
3) The financing allows them to purchase a majority interest privately held company named Altucell who may have a treatment which may cure Type 1 Diabetes. This companies research is fairly advanced and additional trials are about ready to go once funding arrives. Why?
from Generex:
"as part of our due diligence
process, we pinpointed specific, comparable deals that validate the huge value of the
ALTuCELL acquisition, as evidenced by the recently announced purchase of Semma
Therapeutics by Vertex Pharmaceuticals for close to a billion dollars."
4) Generex is spinning off NGIO and it should be trading on the Nazdaq within a few weeks. It will be owned by Generex shareholders as we have been awarded dividend shares and ~70% by Generex. NGIO has the coronavirus vaccine to develop and a vaccine it is currently studying for breast cancer. Prostate research is underway as well. Other research is pending the new funding. Regarding number 4, I should have mentioned Merck. No doubt you all know about Keytruda being huge in cancer. The Generex/NGIO breast cancer study is a combo of NGIO's AE37 and Merck's Keytruda.
5) One of Generex's subs has a number of test kits for various ailments is working on a coronavirus test kit NOW.
6) Another sub, Olaregen has a wound care product being sold in the VA system and producing significant NEW revenue for Generex as of the last 3 months.
7) It was just announced two of the other subs have had a 400% increse in sales of their medical products recently
Over the next few day I will tell you about the MSO, HMO,Type 2 diabetes treatment and more.
Count yourselves lucky to be here now just before the good stuff is going to come together. Flippers will look back and regret having sold quite soon.
Did I mention Generex has already filed for UPLISTING ON THE NAZDAQ for GNBT? Waiting on the S-1 to be approved and the financing to be put to work.
I have followed the company for awile not your ave OTC they are for real. You will do quite well. I have been holding 5K shares and pleasantly surprised with the headline. I plan to buy more 2morrow. Ck out my posts on GNBT and docj sticky.
Thanks Solar. Haven't had much time to get on here today, but I saw your post and bought GNBT at $1.13. Might be the first time in my life I bought a stock that was already up 100% for the day lol. Yeah, definitely the first time I've done that actually. After your AIM call, I didnt even do any dd. I read your post and bought some. Didnt go in huge, based on both of the above things (up 100% for the day and no time to even dig into the company at all). If it goes up, great. If it goes down, I'll add more I think. Read a bit more on the company tonight and it seems like a great play, even after the gains.
You rock man. Thanks again
Market is ugly outside OTC's and a select few corona plays. Waiting on MILV and looking forward to that run.
"It happens." (Forrest Gump) LOL
"Been sitting in my portfolio then POP!!!"
Congrats
Generex Provides Coronavirus Update: Generex Receives Contract from Chinese Partners to Develop a COVID-19 Vaccine Using Ii-Key Peptide Vaccines
Terms approved to proceed with collaborative effort with international consortium
MIRAMAR, Fla., Feb. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (www.generex.com) (OTCQB:GNBT) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/quote) today announced that the company has received a contract from the China Technology Exchange, Beijing Zhonghua Investment Fund Management Co., LTD., Biology Institute of Shandong Academy of Sciences and Sinotek-Advocates International Industry Development (Shenzhen) Co., LTD. Solar_Express....just want to thank you again for the tip on AIM. Exploding out of the gate this morning! Great call by you. Thanks again!
Thank you sir, much appreciated.
It is time I think to make this board lively again.
Bad news out of Italy on the Corona-19 story, and the fact folks can be carriers for weeks with out symptoms. i hear there may be white house Update tonight.
Interesting update on the radio today, NPR reading a letter from 2 volunteer Chinese nurses working the front lines in Wuhan China, were 11 Million people have been under quarantine for over a month(?) now.
3 MM is running 24/7 in the US plant making safety gear and is way under stocked.
Congress discussion I saw where they only have 30 mil masks (Homeland idiots?) and say the might need 300 mil? IIRC
I use to be a city LEPC chairman for 20 years. Local Emergency Planning Committee, and I predicted 9/11 in 1990 but nothing was really done to stop it.
I hope it dies out as global warming sets in again in a few weeks, LOL, as think warm weather may wipe it out like SARs, and the other 2 recent ones.
The problem with this one is folks can have it for weeks and not know it, from what they think they know so far. They still no perfect picture of all the ways it is transmitted.
I read one write up that said if 1 billion people get infected, 20 Million would die from it.
You have some smart people on this board Ecomike (including you of course). It's nice to have a place where you can have civil conversation about different stocks and learn from other people. And even with MILV, where I'm obviously hugely bullish on the company, the back and forth you and Aqua had with Bakersson was great. On most boards it's hard to have a reasonable discussion with someone who has an opposing viewpoint. There are stocks I own and post positive stuff or thoughts 99.9% of the time. But then if you say anything at all that's questioning or remotely negative, you just get blasted by people. I hate that. So I'm glad you have this board, and hope it gets even more people here discussing stocks.
Nice to see some folks with solid stock chat going here.
Make my day!!!
The more DD digging I do day by day the more I love the recent bargain correction prices on $MILV.
I even found a ton of new DD last 10 days and last 2 days.
Load em up folks!!!
Never been more sure of stock timing and undervalued buy in 45 years than I am about $MILV
Notice it's been dropping?
Check SPCE & DEAC next TSLA for Margin GTC
Thanks Solar. I'll take a look at this one. I ended up buying some AIM yesterday, buying twice actually ($1.35 and 1.14). Have an order in to buy today at $1.00 even. I'm not surprised it sold off as it makes sense people would do some profit taking. Curious to see how it responds next week, if it starts climbing back up.
Margin winners SPCE and Latest DEAC Both TSLA Bound IMO
Wow, that looks interesting! You're not kidding about it taking off with that share structure. Looks like it had a wild ride today. May just have to get some tomorrow morning. Thanks Solar!
Check this one out my friend
AIM AMEX 1.30 bought some today broke even huge volume
Shares Outstanding 8,263,964
Float 5,172,054
if they score on the Corona Virus this could really take off Buy/Hold/GTC

I think you're 100% spot on. They thought they would scare people out of their shares, and MILV would sink like a stone. Maybe at first they scared some into taking profits when they started and it was at or near a penny, but they never believed so many loyal shareholders would defend the stock this way. It's actually felt pretty special to be a part of something like this. I don't think I've ever been a part of such a group effort to defend a stock. And we've been succeeding!
I agree with you. What the shorts didn't realize was a lot of
loyal shareholders would be buying on the dips.
I know a lot of people who are just waiting each day too do that.
Thanks martin. Ecomike sure has been tireless, between getting all the dd, spreading the word, and then having to defend MILV lately. These last 10 days sure have been intense, like a war between good and evil in Lord of the Rings lol. I feel like the "other side" pulled out all the stops because we'll be getting news within the next few weeks. This was their last shot to drive the price down before it goes back over a penny and never falls under again. I could be totally wrong of course, but it just has that feeling to me. Exciting times ahead, and sooner rather than later I believe
I agree. I couldn't have said it any better.
Sweet!! This incredible story is unfolding right before our eyes, and EVERYONE who misses out on MILV is going to look back and wonder how in the world did they choose to not invest in it. Ecomike, you (and Aquahoya, DDV and drugman) have given us this incredible due diligence and posted it for the entire internet community to see. Everyone has the ability to make a fortune off of your tireless efforts. MILV is now a top 3 holding for me, and that's at 0055. Won't take much of a bounce to become my single largest holding! I really owe you a huge debt of gratitude for turning me on to MILV. One day I'll hopefully uncover a stock and be able to pay you back. But I really am thankful to you and Aqua and the others for all your efforts. Going to be a fun ride as the merger gets completed and the world finds out about this company.
$MILV Update folks!!!!
NDT Pharmaceuticals Inc, also know as $MILV now owns the 2 new websites. Both Under construction now,
http://www.ndtpharmaceuticalsinc.com and
http://www.ndtpharmaceuticals.com
Meanwhile folks need to understand that locking up the dirt or no dirt MILV float now is all about making real bacon with MILV shares this year. So LOCK those shares up tight in the Dungeon now.
Put a sell order on them at $1, so your broker can not use them to short the stock and trade against your position.
$MILV update, For those who have bought or are doing DD on the birth of the new biotech through a R/M with $MILV, the name at the Nevada SOS is now NDT Pharmaceuticals, NDT stands for Nano Delivery Technology. The 2 web sites got bought 6 days ago. We are watching them.
I have a fresh chart below that I see as a buy the dip the signal. I am buying more.
This link has a menu top side with about 250 hours of DD that 3 of us did, and one consolidated into a blog. Aquahoya did the blog, he works at NIH with US Veteran Brain trauma patients, and got confirmation that the Inventor is still deep into work in this field of crossing the BBB with brand new 1-20nm Liposomes. Here is the patent....and the menu top side in that link below has the earlier SEC data on the people behind this, one being the UPennMed NFL face of the push to solve and repair TBI Traumatic Brain Injury, that was 2 time NFL Super Bowl winner.
He started and owns his own major investment firm. Another, Mathias was and is major start up funder, ex-director, and consultan to the 200 Billon dollar fund management firm The Carlyl group, and sits on the UPennMed ( CBIR Center for Brain Injury Trauma) TBI Perelman Hospital research University Trust Foundation that controls the Univ of Penn patents!!!!
They applied for 1031 the first 10 months of last year. The shareholders letter says the firm R/M with MILV is moving its UPennMed TBI research JV contract to MILV in the R/M.
Larry Kubin was sent the blog site DD below 10 weeks ago, and was asked if we needed to correct anything, if it could be based on Public information. He did not ask for any. So it must be correct. One of us talked with him, but no Insider Info was requested. If we were way off base, we would have been told!!!!
https://ccabiotech.blogspot.com/p/patent.html
That is the patent assigned that tells pretty clearly what they are and have been working on since 2016. No doubt they are ready to move big time, thus the reason they are taking it public.
I also have a massive set of patents, journal articles, and details on the whole story, enough talk folks ears off and blind them deer in headlights downloaded for anyone that wants to real deep into the story I see unfolding.
At .0050/share the float is only worth 1.45 Mil dollars. The upside from here if I am right is massive, like $1/share.
In the year 2000 Michael W Fountain, the key inventor of the tech R/M into MILV was with or a consultant to The Liposome company in the 1990s, and many of his earlier Liposome patents were assigned to The Liposome Company which was bought in 2000 for $585 Million dollars.
(I see more patents inbound now from the UPennMed JV. That I think will be announced soon, by the way patents and Biochemical Engineering are two of my fields the last 45 years)
Any questions, please reply yo this post, or PM me. The thre of us did this DD are and have been Biotech investors for a ling time. DrugmanRx has a lot of DD on this too. He was third key DD hound that helped gather it all.
The chart below says this is the perfect place to load shares. As we laready have 4-5 firm confirmations the R/M is a done deal. Just waiting on 2 years of audited financials and a form 10 filling re-registering the shares, and my Guess is the new ticker will be NDTP??? I have never been more sure of stock investment in 45 years.
WE have a near float lock now too. Any news, fillings etc and this goes ballistic. BTW, many of Fountains patents the last 40 years are already the back bone of Liposome based drugs and drug trials!!!!
Here is the patent list of his recent work
https://patents.justia.com/inventor/michael-w-fountain
131 issued US patents, 180 products world wide based on them according to his Univ of So. Florida CV-resume. His customers include the state department, NATO, DOD and a dozen Pharmaceutical giants. I think we have live gang banger buy and retire stock here.
Time will tell. Relies and comments are welcome!!!! And thanks to our MOD here who has been timely with real DD answers on my $NVS Novartis shares investment!!!
you are very thorough and glad to be a follower of yours, I take your words and advice very seriously.
Awesome, and thanks for the reply.
Any tough questions about MILV feel free to ask me here.
As I guess you know, I try not to leave any stone unturned.
Welcome to MILV.
Hi Mike, I'm also Mike from the MILV board about ENIP, it just has a cusp #
29260D105, I hung onto it in this land of over the counter stocks, stranger things have happened. LOL
Anyway I have been a proud follower of you and thank you for your PM
First and foremost thank you Ecomike’s for opening the door for me to be a part of this blog. I’ll be in the background not talking but mostly listening and staying up with MILV. Like I stated on my post on the other MILV blog. I’ve been holding a bag with nearly 8 mil of that share since 2010. Hurt and heartbroken about loosing my saving account all past over nearly a decade, moved on pass that, even thought I’ve taking a lost but still held on to the bag. Now it’s looking like it might pay off and I feel good about it!
MILV no matter what happens will always be one of the things that brings me unforgettable memories when I think about it. I wish I can share with you another real situation that took place but I can’t. Just connect the dots. I was on night shift manning the TOC at Joint Base Balad (Formerly known as Anaconda) that night.
Anyway thank you for adding me here, I’ll be in the background listening. Thanks to all for your hard work hopefully it’ll pay off to all us!
You bet! Am now following this board too. Somehow I forgot to do that previously. Some great stuff here!!
Great conversation guys. Just wanted to jump in and say that yes, TD Ameritrade does allow you to buy MILV. That's where I've bought all mine!
Sounds fine. I had to set up an account at Schwab to get past Fidelities BS.
I hear Etrade at least also lets you buy MILV.
I think there is a third? TD Ameritrade? Who is being bought by Schwab. I like Schwab so far after about 2+ years using them.
Hi Mike,
I haven't had the time to look at it too closely. I was going to buy a small amount of MILV but Fidelity won't let me buy it right now.
Definitely will call you. I was having a busy week. Maybe a Saturday would work better for me if that works for you.
Well have you time to get up to speed on MILV?
Love to chat some day, My cousin is also in your field and my brother was a triple PhD, MD.
"glutathione" is mentioned the Michael fountain Liposome applications. Which could be huge for those of us that are not real excited anal probes, LOL
The two URL websites were bought 3 days ago. Not live yet, but we are watching them.
Could see an 8-K update of the name change, that would attract a lot of buyers that watch for updates there.

I wonder if the rectal approach would help turn MILV flippers and shorts into buy and hold longs?
LOL
My cousin is chiropractor also. My Mother was big into Homeopathy, so I have seen the entire gamut. My field is Bio-chemical Engineering.
I think you know about my brother? He had a triple PhD, NP,MS,SS and then got his MD 14 years later. A true slacker LOLOL
Give me a call after the market close this evening or this week, love to chat....
50,000 pages is way too much information. I do have a job! Anyway, I'm not a medical doctor, I'm a chiropractor in NJ and have sort of a holistic functional medicine/chiropractic practice. As far as glutathione absorption the strongest and most easily absorbed way to take it in my opinion is rectally by suppository which I have in my office for my more chronically ill patients. Thanks for all the help. I'll try to make some time for reading more about the company.
Check out Drugmans posts he just put up, here is one

Nano Delivery Technologies PHARMACEUTICALS, INC
From Sec documents
I have another 50,000 pages I can share by email, if you want and another 200,000 I can download from the patent office and Journals. Ask Aqua, I filled up his email box with some of them.
LOL
or just grab the key ones to answer questions as they come up.
Thrilled that you digging, we are.
You beat me to it!
The glutathione is I think part of the story, with MILV's tech capability and is a major topic in general. I know of its major potential given the right vehicle. I have not looked closely at the latest research on how to safely deliver glutathione, but it is on my round to it list. I do know getting glutatione to right places has been a huge problem!!!
I already take Liposomal Vitamin C, as it is now, recently available in capsule form, and it is absolutely amazing. Only vitamin C I can take. I do not think this version has been available for very long. Dr. Mercola has a version also now, as does a third company.
https://simply-potent.com/product.php?product=liposomal-vitamin-c-1500-mg
"ENHANCED ABSORPTION & NO STOMACH UPSET* - Our proprietary formula utilizes liposomal technology through which tiny fat bubbles (liposomes) made from Sunflower Lecithin and Phosphatidylcholine (PC) encapsulate Vitamin C and protect it from getting destroyed in stomach acid. Thus Vitamin C in its entirety is delivered to the cells via the bloodstream, ensuring superior absorption and bioavailability in the body without causing any unwanted side effects of high dose."
I strongly suspect their product is based on and may even be using licensed patents of Professor Dr. Michael W Fountain's since he has done most of the key pioneering work the last 40 years, Owns 10% of the new company R/M with MILV and one of his most recent patents is assigned to the company that is R/M with MILV and making it a Bio-tech-Pharmaceutical firm.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4915787/
Thanks Aqua and Eco! I'll try and find some time to look more closely at the all the info on the link and let you know if I have any questions.
Many of your answers are here
https://ccabiotech.blogspot.com/p/patent.html
But be sure to click and read all the documents on the menu top side and the far right column.
I am sure it will generate many more questions, all of which I am ready to answer, but save me the time please by reading cover to cover what 3 of us put over 250 hours of research into.
We have lot more scattered around in posts, and private chat room where we have files for fast reference replies.
Aquahoya and I are the key folks with the answers, DrugmanRx is also part of the search/and analyses team. We may be updating the Blog site shortly, now that name just changed. Aqua does the updates, and he is reading this discussion.
Thanks for the question and glad to have you here!!!
Hey Bakersson! You make all really good points. Having your background would be a great asset at MILV.
So, I cant really talk about that type of nitty gritty without pulling out my biochemistry book.
What I can share is that the biologist behind this biotech company is Michael W. Fountain. A professor and researcher for over 45 years in liposomal research at USF.
He has 131 domestic and international patents. He has 180 international products. He has built or been apart of 11 companies, one of which, "The Liposome Company" was bought out by Elan Corp for $575 Million. Later, Elan was bought for $8.6 billion by Perrigo. That was 20 years ago.
In addition, the company with their name change that happened last night to NDT Pharmaceuticals has an open contract with the University of Pennsylvania and Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia to run the research and trials I am expecting you are talking about for different compounds that scientists are testing. I do not know just how much research is currently going on ar UPENN but it has been going on for 4-5 years.
If you please check out ccabiotech.blogspot.com/p/home.html
And read who the major shareholders are, I think you will decide to throw in a couple bucks at MILV.
1. Edward J. Mathias - one of the founders and now senior adviser to "The Carlyle Group" (look them up - $200 bill in assets) AND TRUSTEE EMERITUS TO........? University of Pennsylvania... hmmm
2. Stuart Yarbrough - cofounder of Crosshill Financial Group. They seed small companies with $3 - 50 million and make the companies look good to much larger companies... oh and he has worked with Edward Mathias.
I could go on... there is way more than meets the eye here.
James Hovis has sold preventative and reguvinative medical drink lines -- AQUISS Beverage and AQUIS to. And licensed his patents
Most if not all of the liposomal products I see on the market utilize sublingual delivery for the reason of bypassing the stomach acids that would destroy the liposomal shell. It's one thing for them to claim that it is shelf stable vs another to claim their liposomal products would survive stomach acids intact and still be able to cross the blood brain barrier. I don't see any proof of the company conducting studies showing this.
On a side note, I am investor in MNKD which has developed an inhaleable technosphere nanoparticle delivery system for insulin. They have had FDA approval for a couple of years and are still struggling to gain traction in having endocrinologists switch diabetics from multiple mealtime injections or an insulin pump, even though the nanoparticle delivery system has shown improvement in hemoglobin A1C levels and less hypoglycemic fluctuations from both injections and the pump. MNKD has already licensed out their delivery system for one drug, and it could eventually be a delivery system for neutraceuticals too.
As a physician I presently use a liposomal glutathione product. It is great for brain related problems. Could MILV develop something like that and prove that its nanoparticles delivered the glutathione across the blood brain barrier in a superior fashion to other glutathione products? MNKD could do the same but I think they are focused on the pharma end.
I hope MILV makes it big but I am feeling a little skeptical.
You can check out the patent application: ccabiotech.blogspot.com/p/patent.html
It passes the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) and the patent application provides an antioxidant compound Vitamin E Phosphate which is ACTIVE in the body.
They also can make large 100,000 litres batches and has a shelf life of 24 months which is good for distrobution.
I'm in the health care field and liposomal delivery systems are pretty common amongst some of the more cutting edge supplement companies. I'm not sure what gives MILV a competitive advantage in this area over what already exists in the marketplace. If it is better than what presently exists do they plan on licensing their technology out? How will they monetize this?
