My transaction list on L2 shows each transaction. Never said buys or sells as ECCI L2 does not show that. ECCI is in the blind on L2 as far as what are offered. Buy or sell. A cost of playing these type stocks.

How are you able to see how many 2's, 1's etc are being bought and whether they are buys or sells? I am unable to see this. My understanding is that we are unable to see this quite yet.

ECCI This one still may continue from late yesterday move to .0002's. So far 4.1 million at .0002 2 million at .00015 11k at .0001. Schwab still allowing buys. May not be many that have blocked buys. Lawsuits against major brokers for the recent restrictions on trading may have given some brokers 2nd thoughts on restricting buys on CE plays.

Since our nannies are not allowing us to buy this anymore because of course we need guidance in most but not all firms lets see what happens in the near future where specific entities are still allowed to buy, but of course we are given permission to only sell.

Sure nothing weird going on here. To test this bird I put in a buy order. Instead of it filling the stock dropped from 2's to 1's with no fill. For a while and still no fill yeah this looks very nromal. We will see.

Of course the best word on this play is for there being an indication that efforts are in progress to remove the CE status. When / if that occurs there will be pps movement up.

I'm assuming some retail will still be able to buy it, but I don't know. That would depend on their brokers. Also market makers will definitely still be able to trade it, and I assume brokerages can still trade it. But this is all just off the top of my head.

I had a question for you since you have been helpful in the past. If Td and other firms do not allow us to buy specific subpennies and other companies as of Feb. 1. Then who would be allowed to buy these types of stocks? If you are unsure no worries. Thanks.

All your possibilities are possible. We just may never know. But I do continue to add some. A few weeks back I had a few days where I got fills around 15 minutes before the close. I paid .0001 whey the last trade before that was .000001. EOD close showed .000001. My late buys were tagged as 'out of sequence' and did not affect the closing price. Just another strange manipulation of this play? Who knows. Did get 1 million yesterday at .0001. I'm patient and will let them sit until boom or they get revoked. But would not be surprised with the current trip zero party, the boom will come and not too far off. No evidence of that. Take my comments for what you paid for them. Nothing. I forgot to add now that most of us cannot buy triple digit stocks after tomorrow here is the question, Who can buy these stocks? So will you see something move now while pacman gobbles up shares while most have to sit back and can only sell. Not sure but we will see!

Call me crazy but I have this weird feeling that someone is playing games here trying to gobble cheapies. This thing goes to grey market, you get spurts of volume, etc. For what reason, MMM. You see 2's then boom 1's on and off. Trying to shake confidence while keeping hopes on and off. Some panic and sell then wow someone or someone'sss start to gobble not the 1's but for those who have access they start to gobble .00001's. BINGO! It could take months or years some are really patient. The idea is to have everyone who owns triple digit ones to give them up so the four play can be gobbled up. Long term this is a better deal for any company to acquire at this price and all they have to do is sit back and just play the wait game since obviously they probably have other stocks that they are playing with to offset this waiting period and they want to use this ticker for something. Or maybe its just a crazy idea and there is nothing here. So then ask your self why is TD, Schwab, and others telling us what is in our best interest and what we are allowed to buy just like what happened with GME and other companies where the little guys cannot play on the same playing field instead we get the scraps. Just saying think outside the box.

Anyone that uses one of these firms, needs to think about tomorrow being the last day to buy in or add. This is still a long shot but with all the many trip zero plays making huge moves the last few months, why not ECCI? $100 per million to play this lotto. If it runs and you don't have a position or many shares, you will not be able to add shares. Unless you start using another broker. I am with Schwab and TDA. Neither will let me buy after tomorrow. So I have been buying this week. An looking forward to the day the CE is planned to be removed.

Check out the last 3 years for SOLI. Amazing moves from trip zeros to over a buck and still at .35. This for a stock that has been CE all 3 years.

I heard I also believe that Td and another firm will be doing the same as of Feb. 1. I actually got into an argument a while back with the firm that I use. Their excuse to me was that they are looking out for my best interest and minimizing the risk reward so that I do not get trapped. I told them that I moved out of my parents house a long time ago and that I did not need another guardian. It appears that all you hear now is what is best for us and we cannot take a chance on certain investments whether we want to take a risk or not. Its sad that we have to fall in line with these firms which does not make sense since we are risking our money not theirs. Sad!
