ECCI This one still may continue from late yesterday move to .0002's. So far 4.1 million at .0002 2 million at .00015 11k at .0001. Schwab still allowing buys. May not be many that have blocked buys. Lawsuits against major brokers for the recent restrictions on trading may have given some brokers 2nd thoughts on restricting buys on CE plays.
