This nut claims he invented simulcast
That's okay because they are running it out of Florida where the SEC does in fact have jurisdiction. I will figure out a way to get you what I've found, our chances of getting out even are getting slimmer and slimmer the more I find on these guys.
The pieces of the puzzle are being assembled now so that even the SEC will have to act.......... not on our share problem but the fraud that is being perped.
We are dealing with professional crooks IMO
Hey Ernie
I'm sure you know this, but the SEC said they have no jurisdiction over certain carribean countys. There are no rules that they can enforce !
Which one? They were all around the time of this one.

They told me I can return it to one of their offices and I told them that THEY delivered it when I signed up so they should pick it up when I signed off.
Nah they won't do that, they figure you signed for them its on you if you want them off your account record, I assume they are the old analog boxes? anyway they sold them for pennies on the $ to third world country companies but if you loose them then they have a rite by law to charge your account 325.00$ +/- and really bank... so if you still got them and you haven't burned them LoL, return them so they won't
I was searching for the post you made awhile back about WDHR can't find it but still looking, have a nice day.
Freeport-McMoRan Announces 75MMcf/day Successful Production Test Prior to Placing Highlander Well on Production
PHOENIX, Feb 20, 2015 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (NYSE: FCX) announced today the results of additional production testing on Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas's (FM O&G) Highlander discovery, located onshore in South Louisiana in the Inboard Lower Tertiary/Cretaceous trend. The production test, which was performed in the Cretaceous/Tuscaloosa section, utilized expanded testing equipment and indicated a flow rate of approximately 75 million cubic feet of natural gas per day (MMcf/d), approximately 37 MMcf/d net to FM O&G, on a 42/64th choke with flowing tubing pressure of 10,300 pounds per square inch. FM O&G expects to immediately commence production using FM O&G facilities in the immediate area. FM O&G plans to install additional amine processing facilities to accommodate the higher rates.
As previously reported, the Highlander discovery well was drilled to a total depth of approximately 29,400 feet in first-quarter 2014. Wireline log and core data obtained from the Wilcox and Cretaceous sand packages indicated favorable reservoir characteristics with approximately 150 feet of net pay. In December 2014, FM O&G tested the well at a rate of approximately 43.5 MMcf/d on a 22/64th choke with flowing tubing pressure of 11,880 pounds per square inch. A second well has been identified and future plans are being evaluated in this high potential area. FM O&G has identified multiple prospects in the Highlander area where it controls rights to more than 50,000 gross acres.
James R. Moffett, Chairman of the Board; Richard C. Adkerson, Vice Chairman, and FCX President and Chief Executive Officer; and James C. Flores, Vice Chairman, and FM O&G President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "This additional test data confirms the highly favorable reservoir characteristics of this discovery. We look forward to immediately establishing commercial production from this important discovery."
FM O&G is operator of the Highlander well and holds a 72.0 percent working interest and an approximate 49 percent net revenue interest. Other working interest owners include Energy XXI LTD (Nasdaq: EXXI) (18.0%) and W. A. "Tex" Moncrief Jr. (10.0%). The Gulf Coast Ultra Deep Royalty Trust (Nasdaq: GULTU) holds a 3.6 percent overriding royalty interest in the Highlander area.

No MJ - I think that boat is sinking with only a few to survive. I have a lot of junk and then some canadian tickers that usually do well in january as they buy back the shares they dumped for the tax benefits.
I have some a couple oil tickers that have been cut in half with the drop in oil prices. Its not gonna stay down forever so patience and strategic adds are the ticket for me.
The junk ticker being peddled on ihub are not what they used to be so I don't follow much on the site anymore..... I hate BS and my blood pressure shoots up when I read some of the crap coming out of the mouths of those being paid to cheerlead for diluting POS CEO's and their toxic lenders.
What you got? MJ stuff?
I'm hopin I loaded the right tickers for January. It worked out very well for me Jan-Feb 2014.
Just a couple weeks hopefully.
Shorted the market top, now long for bounce. Waiting for OTC life in January I hope I hope.
What's happen in Paul Wall ville?
Sorry to hear that EB. Yeah the system really pisses me off. Hope it works out for you easily.
DBO looks like a nice place to park some money to cash out when oil goes back into the 80s - 90s.
Oh and Uncle Scammy want $685 for each one - fleecing the legal immigrants while the illegal ones lie and cheat and get all the federal freebies while my wife WANTS her citizenship after 13 years I think she is ENTITLED to a free pass on the fees since she has declared her income and paid taxes for every single one of those 13 years and never once took a thing to ease the hardship she has endured with my illness.
Workin on the wife and kid's citizenship applications - My god no wonder so many just lurk in the shadows til amnesty comes around.
21 pages of BS
Yeah I guess your right - I guess that's why the devil works overtime when they die - There's gotta be an expressway to hell for them crooks.
Isn't the whole US stock market run by the mob?
TVIX is run by the Swiss mob IMO. Nothin but thieving crooks that set up the deck so the gambler can't win no matter what.
I'm in $TVIX heavy. I need a big market crack
Got a special situation ticker but I'm not gonna say what it is til I hold shares. Just found it tonight.
So Obama hired an Ebola chief scapegoat - How wonderful it must be to use other people's money to divert blame from the Clown in chief.
FIRE THE BUMMMM - We will be much safer without the pen and phone phoney occupier of our White House.
Ebola. It's hot right now. I think weed plays come back soon too.
Road block is cleared up in Ernieville - Sportage is back in drive mode...............with A/C since I finally got the bolt I snapped back in 2010.
Timing Belt - REPLACED
Water pump - REPLACED
Valve cover gaskets - REPLACED
A/C belt tensioner - REPLACED
A/C tensioner bolt - REPLACED
A/C belt - REPLACED
Center cap for steering wheel - REPLACED airbags deployed back in 2013 and I just duct taped it shut.
$97 in total parts and fluids and $100 for the guy to do the install after I did the tear down.
Found a sweet donor Sportage at the bone yard so next weekend I'll pick up a new fan and fan clutch, fan shroud, and any relays or switches that can be hidden in me bag.
Nice move Friday - What was the catalyst?
EB I picked up IBIO at 1.428 Friday. Gapper season is coming back I think.
Like all my stocks - my Sportage crapped out and lost the timing belt and in my normal "just break it already" fashion I broke the timing belt cover during removal so its off to the bone yard to get a replacement along with some other assorted pieces I've broken over the past few years.
The kicker is that it broke on Thursday - the day I had a guy set to do the replacement for me.
Gonna be a longggggggggggggggg day in Ernieville today.
TBEV? Looks good for a pop to .004? Maybe
He should be a penny stock CEO
Why I'm not a used car salesman.......... Honesty???

LSDC around 06 is a nice one to buy and hold til it catches attention. CMGHF is a super high risker that looks kinda attractive around .015.
Not retired just slowed down quite a bit.
Hoping my buys that have gone nowhere start paying off now that summer is coming to an end.
Dude I figured you were retired by now!! Good seeing you still trading though. Any new tickers?
Watching SFRX for long and JRJC for ss
I can't wait Paulie - I can't wait.
FL Fantasy 5 - 4 out of 5 paid me $555 - going to pick up da loot now.
Comcast update - I have twice requested a return kit from Comcast so I can send back the 8 year old outdated useless equipment - and guess what? - THEY CAN'T EVEN DO THAT RIGHT.
They told me I can return it to one of their offices and I told them that THEY delivered it when I signed up so they should pick it up when I signed off.
This may take longer than some of my old tripz to payoff.
No no Gigl for me - I'm gonna have to start checking that site in the mornings before work.
Dumped Comcast as my cable company - FIOS quality blows them away.
For months I've been trying to get my Comcast bill lowered and was rebuffed at every attempt. Today I called and disconnected their services and guess what?
THEY OFFERED ME THE RATE I ASKED THEM FOR.......... Tooooooo late stupid.
Cascading waterfalls. A tree-lined reflecting pool. A “place of rest and contemplation.”
If this sounds like an advertisement for a five-star resort, guess again. It’s the design plan for a government office building in Washington D.C.
Just when you thought Washington couldn’t get any more reckless with your taxpayer dollars, comes news of a $216 million “upgrade” to the headquarters of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The renovation would cost about $590 per square foot – more than it cost to construct the Trump World Tower in New York City, the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, according to a congressional committee.
A project planning document offers this description: "under the trees, the soft contrast of the stone dust floor further implies a removed place of rest and contemplation."
Making matters worse, when questioned by the Inspector General’s Office about the cost, the Bureau conveniently said it lost all documentation of the decision to renovate the building.
It is appalling that the very agency tasked with helping Americans make responsible financial decisions is shoveling money into an ornate project while our nation sinks deeper into debt.
The Bureau’s funding comes from the Federal Reserve and therefore did not require congressional approval and is outside the reach of Congress. Nonetheless, I have asked the House Financial Services Committee to look into this disturbing boondoggle on behalf of the American taxpayer.
Irresponsible spending like this would be far less likely to occur if we had a constitutionally mandated balanced budget amendment. It’s obvious we can’t count on the judgment or restraint of unaccountable bureaucrats.
VETERANS RUMBLE, VOTE STORM, WASHINGTON D.C. !!!
It doesn't matter to me if you are a veteran or not. Please read and forward this to all your e-mail buddies. It needs to go viral.
If you are not interested in this message, simply delete it, If you are not a veteran, please send this to those that you know who are, or to those who may know veterans.
The 2014 United States elections will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. During this midterm election year, all 435 seats in the United States House of Representatives and 33 of the 100 seats in the United States Senate will be contested in this election. Get out and VOTE!!!!)
A movement has been started by our armed forces to get out the vote in 2014 .
They are organizing themselves, but this can also be done by all of us.
The President, the Commander in Chief, has made the Rules of Engagement (ROE) so difficult, that our troops are often killed before they can even get permission to fight . Nothing has been done to stop our troops from being murdered by the Afghanis they are training, either.
Now, the President wants the US to sign on to the UN's International Criminal Court (ICC), which would allow the UN's ICC to arrest and try US troops for War Crimes, without the legal protections guaranteed under US Law,
and from which there is no appeal. The President, with his Democratic control of the Senate, has nearly all the power.
If the Non-Establishment Republicans, and Conservatives, can take back the Senate in 2014, our troops can once again be protected from unnecessary danger .
Please consider this, and send it on to your mailing lists.
Thank You
Interestingly enough, when G.W.B. was President you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan almost daily.
With Obama in the White House, the mainstream media has been strangely
quiet . ---
More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months.
This is more than the combined total of the 'five years before that'. Many have died since August, 2013.
During the last six month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered: inside jobs by those who are hired to be a "force for good in Afghanistan."
The commander in chief is AWOL . Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at
half-staff for the Sikhs that were killed.
There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president.
It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this war.
Obama has had 5 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform.
But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive against this president's party .
Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired,
and all other prior service members.
This is no small special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November 2014 mid-term election, if they all respond .
The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an over whelming victory in that state if they
all show up at the polls.
It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turnout to vote
by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.
Veterans: Please forward to your lists.
It seems Ihub is an HGTV type operation - Look at the post they removed - keep in mind it was a direct answer to a question.
Holy smokes! That's a sweet card, doncha know! I had a Joe Montana and a Dan Marino rookie- at least a zillion bucks a card! My little bro took 'em. He said no way!
Noogies and arm punches confirmed.
Sold the last week approx .0016. Still had 750k. Bought 3 mil @.0006, sold all @.0013.
