Comcast update - I have twice requested a return kit from Comcast so I can send back the 8 year old outdated useless equipment - and guess what? - THEY CAN'T EVEN DO THAT RIGHT.

They told me I can return it to one of their offices and I told them that THEY delivered it when I signed up so they should pick it up when I signed off.

This may take longer than some of my old tripz to payoff.
