I've never really thought about this before, by my #1 investment right now, SMKY, could qualify here.

SMKY is a startup company that will go into operation next month, selling packaged fish and meats. The company has already said that their existing oven has the revenue capacity to earn .05-.08 per share, and it plans to triple capacity around the beginning of 2012, resulting in a high-end EPS of .24, which is higher than the current PPS of .21.

The stock has had an incredible run since the beginning of the year in anticipation of the business launching, but this past week, it appears a consolidation period has begun that most likely won't last long. This coming week may be the last opportunity to pick up shares in the upper-teens or low-.20s, as mid-August will begin to bring much greater attention to the company and its stock.

Sitestar Corporation (OTCBB: SYTE), a holding company for technology related businesses, announced financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2011. Financial highlights for the year include:

Total Revenue was $1,048,615, a decrease of $413,394 or 28.3% from $1,462,009 for the same period in 2010.



Net income was $454,989, an increase of $446,951 from $8,038 for the same period in 2010.



EBITDA was $314,976, a decrease of $222,808 or 41.4% from $537,784 for the same period in 2010.



Amortization of intangible assets decreased $336,781 or 73.4% to $132,958 from $499,739 for the same period in 2010.



Investments in real estate increased $862,970 or 167.5% to $1,378,172 from $515,202 on December 31, 2010.

Looks like you're correct about NHSH. The quarterly EPS is not .19, that was the amount of other quarterly income. The actual annualized EPS, based on the last quarter, is around .003, which would not qualify it at the current PPS of .1089. However, it is also my understanding that there are major company events expected, too, so who knows?

You're right, SMKY doesn't meet the criteria here (YET), but thanks for mentioning it. I should maybe start a new board for stocks with little to no operations about to move into major operations. I love the company and the low float could make things move fast - that's why it's my #1 holding by far!

Nice board but NHSH does not belong. It's not even close. IHCH and Syte are probably the only two examples that exist. LOL! I own them both.

SYTE is an example. At least it was until last friday. EPS of .01 for the last q and was trading below that. This one is really hard to figure since it is only the first of many profitable q's, shareholder equity is positive, no dilution, and they even used cash flow to purchase properties to either sell or rent for extra income. Should be trading about 900% higher. IMO!

Hey guys. I like the idea of this board. Will be watching and will share any new undervalued plays I come across. I was among the first to mention IHCH on Friday when it was in the low .03's....I still think that one has lots of room to go, but we'll see. Nothing is guaranteed of course.

Excellent - I am confident that we will do remarkably well in that one - NHSH is a Great company with audited 1st quarter financials that confirm they did almost a million in revs but, the best thing is that 499k of that was profit! And, they have no outstanding debt - a real gem in the OTC market!

I really think this will be my best performer of 2011 so I'm happy to hear you're in! Good Luck to us both.

Company claims they will be full reporting soon, just waiting for completion of audited financials for 2009 and 2010. This is a newly formed co. Centaflix/Centacom r/m into NHSH shell. 1st qtr 2011 Audited Fins for Centaflix/Centacom show decent return. Agree to be scared of pinks/ltd info, but liking what I see here.
