ENN Energy Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the investment, operation, and management of gas pipeline infrastructure; and sale and distribution of piped and bottled gas in the People's Republic of China. In addition, it engages in the construction and operation of vehicle gas refueling stations; design and installation of gas equipment; sale of heat energy; research and development, production, and sale of IC card meters and software systems; construction and operation of vehicle gas refueling stations; transmission of gas; transportation of oil products and gas; and production and sale of clean energy. Further, the company provides business advisory services, consultation services on energy solutions, and technical services on gas applications, as well as involves in sourcing compressed pipeline gas, and refitting and maintaining natural gas vehicle supply systems. It operates 162 vehicle refueling stations; and served approximately 4,536,753 and 13,583 residential households and commercial/industrial customers of natural gas respectively. The company was formerly known as XinAo Gas Holdings Limited and changed its name to ENN Energy Holdings Limited in September, 2010. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Langfang, China.
