lol, yes- DELTA.
DELTA- ROX!
Lets you forcast <<< risk/reward.
DVAX and more...
http://stockcharts.com/scripts/php/candleglance.php?DANR,YUM,EVRM,BEST,dvax,cit|B
DVAX looks like a good play with the MA break upward.
These flu playz are very volatile though.
Spare change/hold plays it seems.
HEBEL...maybe its delta ???
One key I look for is this...
I go for lottos that only run about 1% of >> pps <<
so... a $25 stock, if you can find a reasonable percentage gain within 5-15% expectancy, I look for an option around
.25 .... which is one percent of cost.
OR LESS.
On a HOTTTTT MOVING STOCK- Dont pay more than 10% premium.
Im in 2 hot/opposites and paid about 10% premiums for them.
CIT/FAZ....which Im under in both- cuz my premiums upfront didnt give much breathing room.
But... those are lottos with small amounts in them.
Normally 1%ish rule for me works alright.
Very low risk, with usually upsides of 100%+ is reasonable target hit.
Hope this helps a bit.
-V. =)
Should we load dvax again ????
tell me if a "hebel" of 70 is better than one of 12 on options...???
Soapman is toasted...hehhehee..LOL...lets trade real stocks and options now...

Munich Re intends to resume its suspended share buy-back programme and
repurchase shares with a volume of up to EUR1bn by the 2010 Annual General

Munich Reinsurance Company's Board of Management today resolved, on the

DOW 30- Overview/charts
The Delta is used to measure the sensitivity of an option when compared to the stock. In other words it tells you how much your option will move for every one point move in the stock. If you have a delta of 50 that means your option will move $.5 for every move in the security.
