I only just noticed the significant change in A/S.

Bumped from 500,000,000 to over 3 billion to cover obligations.

This was done after the Q was released - not sure if that was a coincidence...

That may allay impending R/S fears which has kept buyers off this, but there continues to be confusion due to the upcoming "consolidation" you referred to.

Time will tell. A slow move north for next couple months will be very nice indeed. Lot of shares bought as high at .047. So we know they will want to move this up WAY higher than that. I think a PR marketing frenzy is looming soon. Who knows. Just along for the ride.

The fact that we’ve been creeping up slowly and consolidating these past few weeks is a good sign. Hate to admit but if this got to $0.30 again I’d be very tempted to sell but then I think I’d miss out on the real treasures that are looming …

I will say I saw someone ask someone at Aran R&D when Zsmile would be available for the public and they commented back early 2025 so something is looming.

Automatic Conversion



On the trading day immediately following any day the Company is able to satisfy some or all of its reservation requirements pursuant to the Certificate of Designation (the “Automatic Conversion Time”), all, but not less than all, of the outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock for which Common Stock has been reserved will automatically convert, without any action on the part of the holder thereof and without payment of any additional consideration, into that number of shares of reserved Common Stock, determined by dividing the stated value of such share of Series A Preferred Stock by the Series A Conversion Price. The Company will provide prompt written notice to the holders of Series A Preferred Stock of the Automatic Conversion Time on the trading day immediately following the Automatic Conversion Time.

Further:

On July 5, 2023, Private Dror entered into a share exchange agreement with the Company and on August 14, 2023 the share exchange was consummated (the “Share Exchange”)

Also, there are options that are currently in play and those bring in cash to the Compnay...so in some ways a one off...but remember there are 3.2 Billion fully diluted in the til' This of course will be reduced through consolidation and those shares that have recently emerged are no part of that consolidation :) That's good.

CX516, ampalex, is not in the pipeline because CX717 is superior in essentially every way, but it remains in use in primary research labs as a standard for comparison in experimental assays. It is also a lot cheaper for those university lab budgets!

I have to double check the options etc...but the outstanding increased by 461.5 million since August 13th. That's one chunk. It may have just been an automatic conversion of Preferred that occurred on the Anniversary date..or a combination there of.
