I only just noticed the significant change in A/S.

Bumped from 500,000,000 to over 3 billion to cover obligations.

This was done after the Q was released - not sure if that was a coincidence...

That may allay impending R/S fears which has kept buyers off this, but there continues to be confusion due to the upcoming "consolidation" you referred to.
