Listed on Nasdaq and a 50% drop the first day of trading. They better execute fast because investors are losing patience. Execute or not your shares will be diluted again.
Yes, still have my DRWIQ shares in my brokerage account..why company doesn't convert DRWIQ shares in COMS shares? DRWIQ got a FINRA suspension on 02/12/2020, NOT delisting. DragonWave was acquired in receivership by Transform-X, a company that was founded by COMS Founder/CEO.
Dragonwave is a subs of COMS now that will list on NASDAQ next week..where are my DragonWave shares?? "DragonWave-X LLC and its operating subsidiaries, DragonWave Corp. and DragonWave-X Canada, Inc. (collectively, “DragonWave”), a Dallas-based manufacturer of high-capacity microwave and millimeter point-to-point telecom backhaul radio units. DragonWave and its predecessor have been selling telecom backhaul radios since 2012 and its microwave radios have been installed in over 330,000 locations in more than 100 countries worldwide. According to a report of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, as of December 2019, DragonWave was the second largest provider of licensed point-to-point microwave backhaul radios in North America. DragonWave was acquired by ComSovereign in April 2019 prior to the ComSovereign Acquisition" https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14566952&guid=bhEqUq7wHAjJ03h
Thats definitely not what I said Tom. I know what I'm taking about, the dragonwave you lost your ass in, is no more...the dragonwave i invested in has new management and is about to go on naadaq.
Repeat: the dragonwave ypu invested your hard earned money in went belly up.. does that sound right? Do I know what I'm talking about?
I'm not sure you're following what occurred here...these people(COMS) haven't screwed anyone, well as of yet
The compan and management team that you were invested in are gone...transform-x bought dragonwave ASSETS out of bankruptcy. Transform x consisted of dragonwave and lextrum, which is a company that has technology that improves the dragonwave products dramatically.
Long story short transform x rolled into drone aviation and became comsovereign along with a number of other companies.
Scroll up, none of the managemt listed above that failed investors are involved with coms. I'm not 100% on eric boch he may be informally with COMS, I wish he was, he's a rockstar in the field
Was that listed in the one of the filings? Hans Amell?
Don't forget Hans leads a Private Equity form, Catalyst which specializes in Corporate Transformations . Catalyst just doesn't invest/work with anyone, see their investment requirements https://catalystacquisition.com/investment-criteria/
This was one of the drivers that led me to increase my investment in COMS. I see at least 3 of the Catalyst Professionals associated with Dragonwave.
I wish I knew what's going on, try COMS conversations (message board) and see what they have to say. Shares of DragonWave recently went from .03 to ZERO without trading on Ameritrade.....never seen this before....weird....what do you think?
Often times I have bought a few shares to boost it back up but it also may be a good thing to close this way and then see a multi hundred % move Monday AM which will attract new eyes.
