TDA wouldn't buy this POS for tax loss.
Controlled by MM's.
Prison records show M. Dewey Bain, Register #61792-019 due for release 01/31/15.
He may like visitors, lol.

When he left, DCNM was lights out.
Hans Park is listed as the contact person. This must be the same guy who was the CTO of this company before.
DnC tech doesn't have the website they used to have though.
DnC Tech is showing up as a mp3 supplier in Seoul, Korea. Is this the same company?
wow, did not know that anybody is still posting here. Still have my worthless shares in my brokerage account. a bitter lesson. lol.
They didnt pay that much according to the 10K. The 12 million figure isn't in writing I don't think. The figure comes from the offer of 1.2 million for 10% of the mine thats all. Now I realize they could just make up that offer to give the appearance of a 12 million property. It happens down here all the time. SIRG owning 80% and the other company 20%. Not sure if you noticed asher had a note come due ealier this week and one due in early July. It will be interesting to see if it is converted or ROD has someone on the board pay it off like has happened in the past with some other debt
Yeah they could but have not, and the only reason being the formality of transferring the permits? That is nothing more than paper work processing and tweaking. I have yet to locate anything stating that the entire mine is valued at 12 million, I am not saying that it is not but have yet to locate anybody, other than the board, claim the 12 million, and if that is the case that would be for 100% of the mine, it would be 10.2 million at 90% based on the calculations of 1.2 million for 10%. How much was paid for the 80%?
Scams seemed to be the norm down here in pennylnd. Sure sounds familiar. I hope this is different. We'll see soon enough I think. Thanks for the conversation.
The BOD itself can fund this if they want. Things do seem to be moving along. She claims that BLM told her that the MOP was approved. Most of the permits were for the life of the mine and just need to be transferred. Why would anyone fund it until all the permits were in order and transferred. I guess we will soon see. This could also be moving because things are all done and the PPS is headed for fair value. They do own 80% of the mine and are offering 1.2 million for 10% more making it valued at 12 million.
She tried to answer why nobody picked up the mine then, but it was all lame excuses, I mean rationally look at it, the available lease, all that The Emerald supposedly contained and nobody touched it? There had to be a real reason why and nothing she offered covered that at all. It is running now, on they hype is my reasoning, but watch if no funding by the 15th. I mean realisticley, why would nobody offer any funding if things were so good?
Yes I need to do that. Im watching closely.
I agree with the r/s crap.....However did you see how the management was trying to go about it? Bascally trying to tell their investors, tough shit they are doing it and they do not care what the investors say, thus no proxy.
I think she has done some good research and is pretty knowledgable about this mine and others. You have to admit that they are putting together a pretty good board. We'll see how it plays out. I'll look
Ok ill go back and look. I understand it is always good to be a skeptic. lmcat dd sure looks good tho.

Kitt, IMO, our shares are forever worthless thanks to Dewey Bain.
A link to the Atlanta federal prison is in the ibox.
Sentenced to 5 yrs. in Atlanta United States Penitentiary
You think he's out already? All we can do is look at the ticker in our accounts and hope for a true million in one that someone buys the shell, if it exists to buy. And on the second million to one shot, allows original shareholders to trade out their shares somehow.
So that's like 10,000,000 to one odds of getting anything out of this stock.

Well "rats". There is another 8 bucks down the tubes. The only reason I kept it was that it would cost more to sell than it was worth. I made some good money trading it back in the "old days" and if anybody can revive a good scam, it is lawyers. Good talking to you, see you on the next big winner......
Al
Sorry but our shares are worthless.
Dewey Bain and his buddy Robert Stanley Lott from Palo Alto, CA succeeded in getting our shares revoked. No doubt, Lott sold his shares before he left the company. Bain is in federal prison after stealing millions of dollars from personal clients. Lott is a lawyer and Bain was a lawyer. Unbelievable that lawyers are scam artists and criminals.

harr, how's it going. I haven't been here in a while, quite a while, actually. Is this still alive?? It still shows up in my trading account, but with no information. Is PLKC dead and gone, or is Dewey going to scam it again when he gets out of jail? Inquiring minds want to know. Hope you and yours have been doing well. Good trading to you and all.
Al
What? There's real info in the ibox... I would have never looked there. Thanks.
Look in iBox, complete story. Used personal clients trust fund money ($4.5M) and lost it all.
Sentenced to 5 yrs. in Atlanta United States Penitentiary.
Is the CEO behind bars?
I would love to see any scam stock officer who is convicted beyond all doubt and all the others be put on a deserted island together with no supplies. They would have to EAT each other to survive. It would also be nice that monitor lizards inhabit this island as well....
Gettin hotter behind the bars Dewey Bain, CEO?
Gotta post once in awhile to keep my moderator job, LOL.
My opinion that Dewey Bain was reversemergerspec
who pumped this stock upon the reverse merger.
I think he and his wife both used their IHUB account to post, imo.
Dewey should be investigated by SEC for other wrongdoings besides stealing clients' monies.

Forgot, FL judge dismissed BK case in June, 2009.
thanx Renee, not everything works out.
Would have been better off financially if the company told the truth about terminating their business operations. Didn't let anyone know that and the fact that management left town until several months later. In the meantime, I was buying the stock to avg. down.
Robert Stanley Lott, Palo Alto, CA and Marshall Dewey Bain, GA are scumbags and should not be trusted based on their actions in this company.
Moral of the story, read SEC filings closely. 10-K said business depended on Hans Park, DNC Tech., and he left for some unknown reason prolly before the 10-K was filed.
Now I gotta make some profits to offset these losses. GL.
Hi , Harr . Regretably yes , DCNMQ's shares and CUSIP are now revoked which means they cannot trade . Shareholders will still hold the shares in their Brokerage Accounts but there will be no value affixed .
Pink Sheets are not required to file Fins with the SEC but every Pink Sheet is required to file Fins periodically to OTC Pink Sheets and they absolutely must file when demanded to do so by the SEC .
DnC Multimedia is in BK and chose to not file their Fins as demanded by the SEC .
I have not followed the BK but I'll take an educated guess there was not enough value in the equity ( shares ) to disburse to shareholders after all creditors get paid from whatever assets exist . So , revocation holds the same consequences as when the shares will be cancelled by the BK Judge . At that time the shares will be removed from Brokerage Accounts .
I was once a DCNM shareholder but took my bitter medicine years ago by selling out .
You have always been a stand up person , Harr , so I know you will survive this disappointment ....and I personally wish the best for you .
Renee
Renee, so shares of DCNMQ are "officially" worthless?
Don't understand SEC rulings when pinksheet stocks aren't required to file with SEC, to my knowledge.
March 10, 2011 ORDER OF SUSPENSION OF TRADING
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Before the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
March 10, 2011
In the Matter of
Admiralty Holding Co.,
American Consolidated Management Group, Inc.,
DnC Multimedia Corp.,
Dorsey Trailers, Inc.
(n/k/a DT Liquidation, Inc.), and
ElectraCapital, Inc.
(a/k/a Electra Capital, Inc.),
ORDER OF SUSPENSION OF
TRADING
It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of DnC Multimedia Corp. because it has not filed any periodic reports since the period ended December 31, 2007.
The Commission is of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors require a suspension of trading in the securities of the above-listed companies. Therefore, it is
ordered, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the securities of the above-listed companies is suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EST on
March 10, 2011, through 11:59 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2011.
March 10, 2011 Release No. 64067
U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
Release No. 64067 / March 10, 2011
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EST on March 10, 2011 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2011:
• Admiralty Holding Co. (ADMH)
• American Consolidated Management Group, Inc. (ACMI)
• DnC Multimedia Corp. (DCNMQ)
• Dorsey Trailers, Inc. (n/k/a DT Liquidation, Inc.) (DSYT)
• ElectraCapital, Inc. (a/k/a Electra Capital, Inc.) (ECTA)
Renee, nice find, I guess. LOL.
This means DCNMQ will open for trading on March 24, 2011 on "grey market" (no bid or ask prices).
Grey Market - There are no market makers in this security. It is not listed, traded or quoted on any U.S. stock exchange or the OTC Markets. Trades in grey market stocks are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since grey market securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.

Seems something been going on for months.
Will have to do little research "sometime".
hope so. DCNMQ ROCKS. LOL.
Dewey, are you breaking rocks in prison?
Ready for another pop to .0006 very soon.
fwiw, DCNMQ 2009 Total Share Vol. = "roughly" 750M.
2010 Total Share Volume = 500,496,845
NITE = #1 76%
Roughly 42M shares traded per month in 2010 for a company stock that's out of business. WHY???
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=DCNMQ&SortBy=volume&Month=12-1-2010&IMAGE1.x=13&IMAGE1.y=7
I tried to contact a former minority financial backer Sean Fulda.
He didn't reply to 2 emails last yr. and I never called him. Was hoping to hear if he knew about the possibility of someone else running the company. Bain was too stubborn to relinquish the company before he went to jail.
DnC went out of business in 2008 due to lack of financial backing.
All of top management skipped town without a word to shareholders. Bain was the only one left. He filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in FL in Dec. 2008 but that case was terminated by the judge in July 2009. In the same time period, Bain was accused of stealing a client's personal retirement money ($4M+). Bain was sentenced to five yrs. in federal prison in July 2010.
CEO Robert Stanley Lott, Palo Alto, CA turned out to be a huge failure. Lott predicted $100M in revenues in a yr. but couldn't even make loan payments to Trafalgar.
Do you know if DnCM is a real company now!! Is it on the Pinks and current! I appreciate your response to me. If I knew that this company was not a scam I might buy some of the stock!! DNCM was my first Penny Stock experience and loved watching it move up quickly and held and watched it bottom. Did learn a lot from that loss!!
