Suggest you analyze the recent financials. It's losing monies and laden with debt. Their source of income is dilution. Don't see that abating anytime soon.

why is the stock falling so bad, MC is only 80k so can't be overvalued. Based on the fact that there was PR and disclosure in may, we can likely expect more soon. Its bottomed, and there are huge trades of up to 45 mil... they can't be diluting as there's no news to do so on as well. is there something im unaware of?

Reading that level 2 I believe this is the lowest will go so as this fluctuates here n there and your looking to add wait n hit those 8s. If not ignore the daily price action n look for other possible set ups or trades.
