The a/s was 500M, there should have been plenty of room there..... but he still raised it to 3 Billion, as the Discount (share) Printing Press is about to go into overdrive.....just as he did in SVAD when it went from 17.8M o/s (May 2013) to 828M o/s by July 2013......in just 2 Months...!!

He went from 17.8M o/s in SVAD(May 2013) to 828M o/s by July 2013......in just 2 Months...and he's doing the exact same thing in this POS, because its all he knows how to do...dilute.

That this gotten more volume, from when they went public, the o/s would be MUCH higher but there was no one to buy the shares....now thanks to the Twatter pumpers there is new blood to sell too.....so the o/s is going up big time guaranteed.

lol.....oh yes fine job he has done here indeed, about as good of a job as he did with his last company SVAD, where he diluted that one into oblivion....did a huge reverse split....diluted it into oblivion again....then disappeared.
