DBYC revoked registration June 3, 2014.
DBYC now Golden Harvest Corp. ????
Does anybody know anything about it?
could not find anything
Who knows. I have 10m shares to need to get out of my account. The OTC is no place to gamble... I'm a slow learner.
I had bought stock in a company in 2005 that made electrical breaker box converters (forget the company name) and one day in 2006 I get a letter that the company has been sold and is now dbyc-high hopes-I emailed chin one day and asked about the conversion and how was the deal made and he denied knowing anything about it-are stocks from one company converted to another company without ,for instance, chin knowing? I think this entire was a shady deal with a decent product but thorpe and the rest stole our money
Anybody has Chins mail?. I would like to send him a last message.
Game over and not insert coins.
Got it. Thanks.
My broker removed.
We're you able to sell your shares or did you just have your broker remove them from your account? I have 10m.
Finally I have no longer shares DBYC. The nightmare is over after several years.
$5000 lost in this POS. I wish the worst to Chin and Thorpe in their lives and the lesson is learned. Never again I will invest in the OTC market.
Good luck to everybody.
Oh great. DBYC now on gray sheets.
I wrote this one off long ago... but apparently I still have shares. I guess I forgot to review my account.

what is the statute of limitations-when are these shares considered defunct since they are not active?
DBYC needs to pretend they are in the MJ business.
Maybe we could unload on the false hype like all the other MJ stinky pinkies.

you'd think this would be a viable service for companies in US and Canada-can't get th gov out of the way and what's this about thorpe stealing from Chin?
Angel, what is the latest from Chin and/or Thorpe?
called the number above of the transfer agent and he says he hasn't heard from them in a long time. He says they probably can't get the goverment out of the way
What happen with Chin and Barbara?. Is it true that she has stolen the money?
nothing. f-ing mistake-like the stock itself
The shares are up?. What the f. do you mean?
wait-not trading but the shares are up?
apparently we are trading and I still own 7,200,000 shares-
Any updates on the inside workings of DBYC?
I don't get it why you have to pay tax for dbyc. but neverless, i did email to Chin, he told me, it is not over yet, he has dbyc still on his agenda. time will tell...
This is a walking dead share and we can't cut their head. Only paying monthly custodian taxes.
as i can see, no progress at all here. i promised to contact Chin, but i did it not yet. maybe i will do next week or so, but i guess, no worth the time...
I may email him the next time but I do not expect helpful informations.
No, I haven't been in email contact with him in a couple of years. I was hoping for a miracle where he could resolve the stock issues and merge a company into DBYC after he had sold off the Disability assets and changed the name to Golden Harvest, but it looks like that isn't going to happen. I'm going to ask Etrade to write my shares off come December and be done with it.
Are you still in contact with Chin?
Why hasn't Chin filed for bankruptcy?
Looks as if the auditor is owed money, and has resigned. Anyone know what happens with a DTC freeze? Will this company just sit dormant forever at this point? I had figured that Chin had it in his plans to do something with this company since he had changed the name when he sold off Disability to Thorpe.

Interesting story you are publishing. Actually it is. You done some research. But can you please name the sources, where you find this?
I would gladly read more about that, particularly if this story is really true.
Actually I did some dd in the past, more or less at a low level, but I came not across this circumstances as you published here.
SEC should revoke the shares now!
Barbara Thorpe Disability Access Consultants Inc. DBYC Peter Chin need to finally come clean. They are going to have a lot of explaining to do when they get to Court and have to answer to the SEC, Shareholders, contractors and "CLIENTS." Instead of putting all their time and money into screwing everyone and each other over, they need to focus on salvaging what is left of the business -- but that is doubtful given the grave concerns over their alleged fraudulent business practices and seriously flawed technology.
Apparently Barbara Thorpe is a criminal. This looks really bad. Now what I want is to write off the shares and forget this scum forever. But I can't. Shares should be revoked!
looks like we are completely screwed-this could take years to resolve
Not first hand knowledge of Disability Access Consultants Inc and www.adaconsultants.com. I have been following this for awhile and decided to jump into the conversation after the Partial Client List was posted. If people need to reach Chin or Thorpe, I can get that information. I am anxious to see how this is going to play out with the "Clients" of DAC, like Yum!Brands Food and the School Districts. Who wants to be involved with a company who drags them into litigation?
Interesting. It sounds like you have first hand knowledge of the inner workings of the Chin Dynasty.
Welcome to IHUB.
Based on my research this is what I found: Barbara Thorpe, under Disability Access Consultants hired a sub-contractor to do all of her ADA site inspection work for a period of time before she sold a portion of her business to Straneire. When the jobs finished, she refused to pay the sub's, even though the sub's employees were paid in full and DAC was paid in full by the clients. The clients that received the Site Surveys the contractor did included Yum! Brand Foods and many school districts. Instead of paying the subs for the work they performed, she and Chin decided to pocket the money.
In the meantime, she sells Disability Access Consultants to the Straneire family and had to pay off Chin. She asked for terms w/ Chin for the balance she owed him knowing full well there is a debt to contractor that isn't being paid. So she is using owing the contractor money as leverage with Chin so she and Straniere don't have to pay the full amount owed to Chin. Chin says he isn't going to pay the contractor and Barbara says she isn't either - each pointing the finger at each other saying "its your responsibility". The money for the ADA Site Inspections went to Barbara Thorpe and Disability Access Consultants, then part of DBYC. The contractor was left paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in wages and Barbara and Chin got to take the money.
Many of the clients are outraged that Disability Access Consultants used Sub's on their jobs without their knowledge or consent and many are now opening up investigations of their own regarding Barbara Thorpe and Disability Access Consultants Inc. as to why she misled them that she uses "employees only" hires sub's, then doesn't pay them. This leaves her clients exposed to many issues because with Chin and Thorpe refusing to pay for work, the Sub contractors who did the Site Inspection Survey's work are going back to the Clients and asking to be paid. Barbara Thorpe and Disability Access Consultants have opened up all sorts of issues because the Sub Contractor is now suing them all - Barbara Thorpe, Peter Chin, all their related businesses names and including her clients.
maybe i will do, but don't know when. I will tell...
Anyone email chin-I did a couple of months ago but no reply
another years has past. wonder what Chin will do next to convince DTC. i will email Chin nxt year...
Custodian=I can’t sell my shares but I have to pay monthly tax forever. Is this ok?
yeah, somehow strange. same thoughts here. wonder whats that really means. completly dead? how dead it be? or is it because of the ongoing name change?
Definition of 'Custodian'
A financial institution that has the legal responsibility for a customer's securities. This implies management as well as safekeeping.
What does mean "Except Custody"?
That's strange because I thought they suspended services in 2008 for DBYC.
http://www.dtcc.com/downloads/legal/imp_notices/2008/dtc/ope/ope_3114-08.pdf
And I thought this company's name now was Golden Harvest. I guess the DTC didn't get the memo.
DBYC: DTC has suspended all services, except Custody Services, for the below referenced issue. The suspension is effective November 12th, 2012.
CUSIP....... SECURITY NAME
25459R202 Disability Access Corporation
