They are going to have a lot of explaining to do when they get to Court and have to answer to the SEC, Shareholders, contractors and "CLIENTS." Instead of putting all their time and money into screwing everyone and each other over, they need to focus on salvaging what is left of the business -- but that is doubtful given the grave concerns over their alleged fraudulent business practices and seriously flawed technology.
