Yesterday our volume was zero shares traded. But today up above Depth/Level II is showing one trade for yesterday of 100,000 shares at 0.00. Today was all " buys" at 0.0001. Is DDSI ever going to move?

Same here. You never know what can happen in the word of the pink shets. The BOD is protected with the A/S. They will split, take their bonus, dilute at a higher PPS and be in better shape than prior to the R/S. Shareholders on the other hand are handed the perverbial shaft.

I usually find the name change split date info on otcbb.com. Nothing there or on the sec website yet. I am sure they will make it effective to best benefit themselves...imho

We will never know. DDSI doesn't do pr's so we have to wait until the 10k's come out. I sure wish they would do some pr soon.If they don't after the r/s the new shares will tank imo.

Seems like Homeland sec. issues are in the headlight on the news, including cargo and items in general that are shipped. Should be good for DDSI if they really are working on making the company a success.

One thing I do not get about DDSI management, is their reluctance to promote their own company.
I watched many pinkies through 2006, with similar share stucture and a less visible business operation with no quantifiable customer base, release PRs(probably all bullshit)to move their PPs and succeed, if only temp, but not DDSI.
They seemed quite happy seeing their PPs at .0001 for the best part of the year. Something tells me, their lack of promotion and desire to see the share price move, has something to do with the debt stucture. Don't know what but just a feeling.

Whatever their reason, it is to the detriment of us and I do not think they give a shit about our investment in their company, in fact I am sure they do not.
