tried picking up shares with Fidelity through an agent (broker), no such luck, it must be updated on OTC Markets before the electronic system will allow orders and there are no overrides. I am happy with my position but always looking to accumulate more at the right price.

10-K was the important 1. Q's are simple because they're not audited. Just like they were both released together on 7/20, I expect the same. IMO

correct, as anticipated we are in a stalemate where sellers have sold what they could and not willing to sell at low prices, meanwhile practically everyone else in the U.S. is not allowed to buy, we are seeing the same exact thing with MRGE which has had record low volume days. That will change once they file, i would expect back to the 20 cent range, but eventually if we can get news, then poof, it aint in the 20s anymore.
