Thanks I think this is stock is going to turn out big when ticker changes to ride. Considering WKHS is holding strong 15 to 20 and is only 10% owner of WKHS. I bet 11.50 will be cheap 6 months from now

Yes, DPHCW is the warrant. I don't know what the expiration date of the warrant is but I believe it's in 2024.

From what I read the Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock for $11.50 per share. The warrant currently trades at $4.19 a share.
